I liked the concept of an early breakfast from 4 am, with a limited menu, which is very convenient for travellers checking out very early morning. The full breakfast starts at 6.30 am and is just excellent with an elaborate menu and choices. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport is very convenient. You buy tickets on the bus; keep sufficient time in hand as the bus stops at a few more hotels and passengers take their time to board. During arrival, check with the hotel in advance for the shuttle details. I could not locate it at the airport and finally booked a cab, which was way too expensive.

Facilities in the room could be more. Especially the lighting was insufficient. Even the amenities were limited. There are no phones in the rooms to dial the reception, but that was the case in most hotels there.

I didn't spend much time there, mainly at the skydiving tunnel about 10 minutes away. Still, I do remember the staff being very accommodating with my request to check in early, the nice restaurant setup that served good food, and the cleanliness of the room.

The breakfast was a bit bland, mostly just a sandwich of meat and bread. It was an extra 20 euros to check in early, which I thought wasn't the best, but I was told ahead of time that would be the case if no rooms were ready.

I was travelling from Tromso and to catch a flight out the next day therefore I stayed here for convenience as it is near the Airport and there are good reviews about the property too. There is a Airport Shuttle from the Airport which is very convenient. The room is comfortably big and clean. Big plus… The Breakfast Buffet :-) super good selection of food plus there is a Chef preparing the best Omelette. The Staff who did the check in and my checkout are both very helpful

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Moreover, the hotel offers an absolutely amazing breakfast. You would pay more in the city center for such a breakfast than you pay for one night's accommodation at this hotel. Therefore, the price-performance ratio was excellent. I stayed here to avoid starting my journey back home tired, but from now on, this will definitely be my go-to place for any Gardermoen flights.

Stayed a night as i had a early flight. The hotel was clean and had a few machines for free coffee/tea on the ground floor. Staff was friendly. Dinner was good but expensive, although it was expected for places near airports. They have an early breakfast at 4am which is basically a mini continental breakfast. There was 1 staff - not surprising due to the early start at 4am. Self checkout machine in English and Norwegian so no issues.

A generous spread of full breakfast. Tea, coffee and water from the vending machine was available throughout the day at no extra cost! The hotel is modern, clean surroundings, neat and very posh! It is situated in a strategic location and easy to get to within 10 minutes from the airport. A local bus stop “Lilleplassen” is five minutes walk from the back of the hotel and it cost NOK 40 from the Airport to the hotel and vice versa (Bus numbers 400 & 420). Guests should use this option ONLY if they don’t have any luggage. Although, cards are not accepted as means of payment on the local bus. Majority of the staff were pleasant and willing to assist while two of the ladies (one at the reception desk and one kitchen staff) were rude and lacked Customer Service. The young lady doing her two years’ placement at the hotel was very professional. Would I recommend Best Western Plus Oslo Airport OR stay at the hotel again, the answer is YES!

The lack of intercom in the room to contact the reception desk. There was a bit of cobweb and dirt in the room that was allocated to me. The remote control of the TV was filthy. The rooms are cleaned every three days! The doors does not shut properly behind you. The Wi-Fi in the room was not stable.

Handy for those using the airport as it is only 5-minute bus ride. I liked the self-check in/check out experience: easy and fast. Room not on the big side, but comfortable, even when a chair would be needed to seat comfy at the desk because the armchair provided is rather low-slung. Complimentary tray very appreciated. Top rate breakfast: quite a treat for hungry risers!

While the room rate is very convenient, bear in mind that all extras are pricey, such as anything bought at the bar and the bus fare to/from the airport. But OK, this is Norway!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Oslo Airport both the night of our arrival in Oslo and before our early morning departure three weeks later. The airport shuttle came right to the front entrance. An included breakfast was convenient. The restaurant was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, even storing a piece of luggage for us while we stayed for a night in Oslo. If you have a morning flight out of Gardermoen, don't trust the light rail to get you to the airport in time. Though it is wonderful, clean and fast, an accident of some kind caused its cancellation and long delays for a bus ride on our return. We were so grateful to be booked at this hotel for the night before departure.

This is my second visit to this hotel. The girls on reception are so welcoming, particularly, I'm sorry to the other staff, Ieva. I could joke with her and was easy to laugh with. I came here because of the location to the airport. My first time was in winter in January. And I really liked it then. This time, it being summer, the rooms heat up fast and even with the windows wide open it can get too warm. My room like the last time has a great view over farmland. (I like farmland). Breakfast was yummy. The blonde lady that picks up the plates and cutlery, thanks to you.

There is absolutely nothing anywhere near this hotel. No grocery store. No restaurants or bars. This hotel is for someone who has a very early morning flight at Oslo airport. That is, it’s only purpose.
