We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Muhamed and Kenya, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. From the reception to the kitchen staff at breakfast, everyone was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. A great perk is the 24/7 coffee and tea machine near the reception, which is free to use. The comfortable chairs and sofas in the reception area were perfect for relaxing and chatting. We will definitely be returning when we visit Norway in the winter. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable and cozy, not like every other branch hotel. Staff were very friendly and breakfast had a variety of food. Room had all of the necessary items plus more. Huge parking lot. Little drive away from the main airport and Jessheim.

The position was a bit off radar with not much to do around the hotel.

Convenient on the way up north, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast. A better choice compared to other more expensive hotel chains, unless you have specific requirements. Staffs are service-minded and pleasant. Will certainly come back for a stopover 👍 Message to the hotel: pls update the check-in time, since it's stated 15-21 in booking.com, that's not correct, right?

Good location for getting to airport, can check in whenever, really nice breakfast which included alternative milk and gluten free bread.

No outlet near the bed. The wifi password is not said on key or in room you must get it downstairs.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at the hotel. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff were exceptional, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of healthy options and ample portions. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again if I ever return to Norway. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The bed could have been slightly more comfortable.

The room was clean, and spacious. The location was quiet, and didn't have much of any noises. The proximity to the airport was a huge plus.

Lighting in the rear of the parking lot could be a bit better.

Breakfast was very good. My inital room was a problem as there was noise from an adjacent room. However, the reception desk personnel dealt with the problem quickly and smoothly and allocated me a new room in another part of the hotel. I would particularly like to praise the lady on reception at this time for her prompt and friendly customer service.

Picked it for the location to the airport, free parking and free breakfast.

Room was very small, beds very narrow and bathroom was cramped.

Great location, fantastic food, great staff.

Over 6 days we stayed, we only had a room service twice as it was missed even with a sign displayed on the doors.

The size of the room was great! Quite larger than expected. Both of my kids had their own bed which was wonderful. The hotel was easy to find and close to the Oslo airport and a gas station(which was very convenient for filling up before returning our rental car). The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. I also appreciated it was offered early enough to eat before leaving for an early flight.

The Wi-Fi did not work in our room which was surprising and a bit annoying. My son went to the lobby to use it. The bed was too soft for my husband and myself. Our backs don’t do well on such a soft mattress. Despite these things, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it!
