The gentleman who checked us in was so nice and mannered. He helped us with finding drinks at the bar. His friendly nature was so welcoming. He gave insight to our travel as we headed into Scandinavia. The breakfast had more options than I could think of to eat. It was truly exceptional - staff, beauty, delicious food, and with a service dog not asked to sit in a different area. For my entire trip Germany to Finland this was the best stay out if all locations. I would stay here every time just the most amazing place 10/10.

Nothing - I could say location but I'm not looking to drive I to the country and off the main road was ideal as we traveled. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Check in was smooth, via a screen, but there was also a staff member available on the side. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was spotless. There was a sauna too but I didn't use it. The hotel building has a slightly older vibe, but it's actually neat and organized I would say. Breakfast selection was also good!

The fruit at the breakfast was not good, but it's hard to get any decent fruit in Norway. The surroundings are not the best for tourists that want to go for a stroll.

Place was modern and well designed, with free and easy parking. Included breakfast was very good.

There is no registration desk and no one there to ask for assistance. All the check in is done at a kiosk where you activate the key cards to your room yourself. It worked fine, but it would be nice to have personnel available if needed.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, room was clean.

Arriving on the hottest day so far (27 degrees still at 8pm) it didn’t help that the window had been closed & there was no air conditioning. The room was so warm that we were unable to sleep & impossible to cool it down without air conditioning. Not normal weather for Hamar as such.

Bathroom was tiny but adequate The pool could have been a few degrees warmer ...

There was a swimming pool there. The buffet breakfast was very good.

No bulp in the lamp by the bed. The room was old, and had a little bit smell. But when we opened the window, the smell of old disappeared.

Sauna and pool were very nice to have. However, the opening hours of the sauna were short.

There were empty bottles and cans from other visitors in sauna, spilled beer on the floor. It is more about people than staff... Anyway, that happened twice.

Rooms were basic but comfortable. pool and sauna area very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good!

Location: it is fairly far out of town so without a car we had to rely on bus service to go anywhere. There is a bus stop on the highway at the hotel, but no restaurants within walking distance. we ended up buying provisions at the grocery store ‘hidden’ in the small shopping center behind the hotel for dinner.

Nice reception area and a nice pool section, although the way there was a little scary. Looked like something from a scary movie. Maybe because of the person sitting therelooking slightly scary. Another plus was the GYM.

For a one-night stay on a trip, the hotel is located in an ideal position, next to the highway and gas station. The hotel is neat and clean, modernly equipped, the pool with saunas is great for relaxation. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast is phenomenal
