The building and its surroundings are spectacular. It's hard not to be impressed by the views of Lake Mjøsa from the 18th floor terrace. Staff was decently friendly.

Very poor quality and overpriced restaurant. Probably one of the poorest dinners I had during my two-week stay in Norway. Also, items at the mini bar at the reception desk are at ridiculous prices. I find it scandalous to pay 58 NOK for a 0.5l water bottle. I didn't find the room floor to be particularly clean. Noise from the highway was still pretty high even at the 11th floor.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful view from the panoramic rooms and the roof top. The hotel is newly built. Dinner in the restaurant was good, but the fish was way too overcooked. Rich and good breakfast. Good WIFI

The furnishing of the rooms is very simple, so there is no functional wardrobe for a longer stay. Aside from soap and shampoo, the bathroom doesn't offer any other toiletries, not even a shower cap.

Plenty of parking. The hotel is located between the lake and the busy main road to Oslo. We were warned in advance (but after making a non-refundable booking) that the room standard we had booked would give us a room low in the buiding and subject to noise from the main road. In the event the self-service check in system gave us a room on the 10th floor and we had no problem with noise. We chose the hotel as a stopover just one hour N of Oslo airport.

The buffet breakfast was good but more limited in scope than other hotels of a similar size.

Impressive view especially from the top floor deck. The location was right for us as a stopover point on a long drive. The breakfast offered something for everyone.

There was confusion over a booking including a pet supplement, for a room that did not allow pets. Fortunately another in our party had booked a room where pets were allowed, but the supplement was charged again. We needed to seek the help of a staff member to correct the double-charge.

Location

I have paid extra for the panoramic view however the have some sort of blinds coming down automatically during the daytime. It was cloudy with rain and cold outside, so the question is why would you put blinds, their explanation had zero sense. They said because of the sun, and when I pointed out that there is no sun, they said UV radiation is there...so you pay extra for the view and they put blinds ON... The shower is small, and you can not get proper showering without making the complete bathroom wet.

Friendly staff, the concept & view from the top is really cool. There's 3 dog area very close so it's perfect if you have a dog with you. Free parking is nice. The whole area is pleasant. There's a restaurant in the hotel & a McDonald's across the road to cater for all tastes.

It rained like crazy, but of course that's not the hotels fault. The place is nice

Location was good, property was new and quite nice. View was lovely.

Breakfast hot food was cold and no microwave to heat it up. Room was for two but only one luggage stand and nowhere else to open up you suitcase and when I asked reception if we could get another one she said they did have extras even though I know the hotel was nearly empty. I just think when you are paying a lot for a room for two people for one night it seems kind of cheap of them not to provide us with a simple request.

The location and the view were excellent. Staff are amazing. Room was good size and comfy. Food quality and sustainability practices were good.

I was there on business with limited time to walk around and it rained, so missed that. Limited options nearby for food without a car. Taxi availability can be a challenge due to the size of the town. So book in advance. No uber, while I was there.

I liked the building and the location. View of the lake was spectacular. Also it was plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. Very good wifi. Also very good water pressure.

We arrived late in the evening and found the window open with -20deg outside. Took time to get the room warm enough. The table was full of stuff. No other place to shift coffee machine, etc. Breakfast was average comparing with other places in Norway.

Beautiful, clean room. Good breakfast.

I paid extra for a room with a view, but then found out that they close an automated curtain when the sun’s out. So you can see out when it’s dark and there’s nothing to see, and most the time when you can see out the curtain’s closed.
