The gentleman who checked us in was so nice and mannered. He helped us with finding drinks at the bar. His friendly nature was so welcoming. He gave insight to our travel as we headed into Scandinavia. The breakfast had more options than I could think of to eat. It was truly exceptional - staff, beauty, delicious food, and with a service dog not asked to sit in a different area. For my entire trip Germany to Finland this was the best stay out if all locations. I would stay here every time just the most amazing place 10/10.

Nothing - I could say location but I'm not looking to drive I to the country and off the main road was ideal as we traveled. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Check-in is self- service which we liked best. Clean room and super surprise that they using rituals products in the bathrooms and in the swimming showers and toilets which is not usual in many hotels we've been😁 Breakfast is superb! Staff are approachable

In summer they didnt use air-conditioner especially in a super hot weather in the evening. You can open the window but its so noisy when loud vehicles passing by.

Check in was smooth, via a screen, but there was also a staff member available on the side. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was spotless. There was a sauna too but I didn't use it. The hotel building has a slightly older vibe, but it's actually neat and organized I would say. Breakfast selection was also good!

The fruit at the breakfast was not good, but it's hard to get any decent fruit in Norway. The surroundings are not the best for tourists that want to go for a stroll.

For overnight stay good. It is great that there is A gym and pool. The breakfast was standart, worth to take.

However the dinner I would not recommend, for the price you pay the quality was not there. The bathroom doors are not giving full privacy, you can hear what is going on there as if it is going on in the room. The doors are too small, so all around perimeter there is a crack.

the hotel was nice, just what one would expect from a property of this type. We were there with two colleagues on a business trip, the hotel met out expectations.

Place was modern and well designed, with free and easy parking. Included breakfast was very good.

There is no registration desk and no one there to ask for assistance. All the check in is done at a kiosk where you activate the key cards to your room yourself. It worked fine, but it would be nice to have personnel available if needed.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, room was clean.

Arriving on the hottest day so far (27 degrees still at 8pm) it didn’t help that the window had been closed & there was no air conditioning. The room was so warm that we were unable to sleep & impossible to cool it down without air conditioning. Not normal weather for Hamar as such.

Sauna and pool were very nice to have. However, the opening hours of the sauna were short.

There were empty bottles and cans from other visitors in sauna, spilled beer on the floor. It is more about people than staff... Anyway, that happened twice.

There was a swimming pool there. The buffet breakfast was very good.

No bulp in the lamp by the bed. The room was old, and had a little bit smell. But when we opened the window, the smell of old disappeared.
