Location brilliant, so central. Rooms, although small, were modern and clean. Big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Spacious bathroom, strong water pressure and hot! Staff were kind and helpful. Hotel has a bar and area to chill. They provide 2 water jugs, cucumber and lemon infused. So refreshing. Breakfast had good hot and cold options, plenty to choose from. Vegetable shots were delish, using up left over produce. Restaurant attached via staircase. Will review that separately. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing I didn’t like, couldn’t fault our stay.

We were greeted very well on arrival. Lovely hotel,our room had a good view.it was no trouble to get an extra duvet on the first night.During our stay we were given so much helpful advice by a receptionist called Ayshat. She went above & beyond to assist us,and was so friendly and approachable. Breakfast was amazing, such fantastic choice and really excellent quality.We had a hot chocolate in the cosy and warm lounge area at the back of reception after a day of skiing.we enjoyed dining in the restaurant attached to the hotel,the menu was good,so convenient and the staff friendly.A good experience..

Although we had a kettle there were no proper cups of any kind provided,just 2 small paper cups.also there was no replenishment after day 1.If you like a good coffee/tea in the morning, advice would be to bring your own.we initially struggled to find a convenient socket for the kettle, as there were none in sight.

Staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. Room was cozy, clean and beds were comfortable. Our room was very quiet, even with the windows open. Breakfast was fantastic - the best we’ve had in all of Norway!

Our main issue was the room was very cold. Apparently the thermostat is locked at 22C but it feels colder. Whenever we were in the room we huddled under the duvets. The bathroom floor heat came on occasionally but not often. Also it would be nice to have at least one major English news channel such as BBC or CNN.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, so much choice! Fresh bread, juices, hot and cold buffet, a variety of cereal including homemade granola! The bedrooms were smartly presented with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There is no parking with the hotel but there is a multi story car park just a short walk away. There was also almost nowhere to unpack clothes which was a bit frustrating as we’d come to ski so had a lot of clothes with us. However this are very minor points and I would happily book this hotel again.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station and all of the shops and restaurants. The room was quite comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the most amazing ever!i highly recommend the Scandic Victoria for a stay in Lillihammer!

The hotel is in a great spot, in the centre of town. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. In the week before Christmas it was not very crowded. It had a great Christmas vibe. The room was nice and modern.

I didn’t find a way to adjust the overall room temperature. Outside it was -10 degrees, inside maybe 18. I wished it were a bit warmer.

Right downtown Lillehammer. Huge breakfast spread. Heated bathroom floor. Busy place but room was very quiet. Very small fridge but enough to keep beer and cheese cold. Hotel restaurant closed but many to choose from minutes away.

Breakfast was exceptional! Bowl full of avocados for toast. Omelets made on demand. The kids loved the bunk beds in the family room.

There is no parking; there is a garage close by with 24 hour service.

Loved the location , breakfast and general vibe in the hotel.

The room was a little bit cold ( but it was -20 outside) and we didn't love the paper cups we got in the room for coffee/tea

Great value for money in the center of Lillehammer and with good facilities and great breakfast

Would have preferred a double bed but it's only a preference ☺️
