The hotel is conveniently located in Al Khuwair, with easy access from the main road. The staff were helpful, going out of their way to retrieve an item I had forgotten in the room after check-out. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, making dining options plentiful. The room was spacious and generally clean, offering a comfortable stay.

The hotel has an older feel, and the design and facilities show signs of age. Unfortunately, the photos don’t fully capture the space. The bathroom layout is a bit cramped, making it less comfortable than expected. The small fridge in the room was a bit unreliable, and the room itself felt quite dark, with just a small glass door offering a view of the building next door. The lighting in the room was minimal, with only ceiling spotlights and no dimming option, I would have appreciated a night or reading light setting.

I always stay at this property whenever I'm in Muscat, covering the costs from my own funds. This place is excellent for both solo travelers and families. It is clean, strategically located, and surrounded by good eateries. It’s within walking distance of the Mall of Muscat and Avenue Mall, including Ikea. The Mall of Oman and other tourist attractions are also nearby. It’s a lively area, especially at night.

There is nothing that I say I don't like except international TV channels

The room was very clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They leave tea, sugar, and water in the room without me asking them. The location was very nice and easy to access to other parts of the city ASAP either by bus or a taxi.

The only problem I found was the shower in the bathroom could not give a proper hot or cold water temperature. the water could be very hot or cold and that made it difficult to take a shower.

The hotel is situated in the lively area of Al khuwair. Near to most restaurants and malls.there are also coffee shops around which I like. The room I stayed was beyond my expectation and extremely comfortable. It is modern with unique furnitures.The cleanliness ia also exquisite. Other than these positive notes is the hotel"s very professional staffs. I would like to commend and thank Mr. Mohammad from the reception who is very welcoming and considerate of all my request. He is very welcoming and cheerful which made my stayed at city park more comfortable. The hotel is lucky to have him. I would definitely recommend this hotel of you are visiting muscat.

The place was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and check in and out went smoothly. We also liked the fact that the hotel has it's own parking space.

The kitchen is a bit battered. It needs a little bit of fixing and some extra dishes. We had six people in three bedroom apartment with only two cups and two plates, and even when we requested for more we still did not get enough.

Location Wise this hotel is one of the best around vicinity is perfect, restaurants, hopsital ,groceries, coffee shop nearby, Room is home vibe and relaxing, not to expect as high class hotels but considering it was an apartment then everything inside is acceptable and perfect.

Great central location, close to the Oman Avenues mall and Hilton. MacDonalds is around the corner and there is a hospital right across the road, as well as small cafes and a 24/7 shop. Plenty of parking around. Staff were very friendly and the room was spacious. We checked in at 12, which was very handy after a long flight.

The shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken. Since there were two bathrooms...it was not a big issue. TV channels were not clear and had lots of distortion.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Ahmed & Faisal. They both went above and beyond their job description to satisfy us. Me and my father were delighted by their excellent service-oriented conduct and behaviour

The only issue we had was the noise from the adjacent room so we upgraded to the one bedroom apartment.

I requested a support to bring a luggage trolley before we check out. But after more than 30 minutes no body come, even already try to call twice. It was really made us fuming. Also there is funny story that the next day I got called that i want to extend my stay or not. Actually already check out the night before. It might be there is miscommunication
