Kitchen and service room staff are very friendly and helpful. They are an excellent example to other staff inside and outside the hotel! They are always smiling and take the initiative to greet and help.

This was our third time we stayed in the hotel. After paying in advance and confirming my arrival timing and type of rooms (King connecting rooms) we surprised we were given two separate rooms, so we had to stay all on one room (my wife, the kids, and me). Luckily, they changed it to our request the next day, but that shouldn’t happen for a reputed hotel and for a regular visitor who already confirmed and paid and stressed on his arrival time and type of rooms.

The hotel is located centrally which is a good starting point when you want to explore city's tourist landmarks. It's near two big shopping malls (10 minute walk). There are numerous shops and restaurants around. The hotel has a nice small park and activity area in front of. The room was excellent. Fully equipped and super clean. There is a nice rooftop pool and gym which is plus. Hotel restaurant is very nice. Staff was super helpful.

The room was comfy with amenities and the receptionist was very polite. We were upgraded to a business suite with the garden view which is also the mountain/mosque view which was fabulous during day and night. The infinity pool was clean and the water temperature was perfect with the mountain view. Located at the heart of the city which makes it even more desirable for staying. Will surely love to visit again. EV charging is available at the car park for EV owners and is free of charge as of the date of our stay (June-23).

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Muscat - Al Khuwair was really Lovley…. the reception staff was most polite and helpful, check in was seamless and quick, they guided us about local taxi use and also recommended a tour operator, they also guided us about things to do and see and available around the hotel and in general, house keeping was unobtrusive, did their job well and provided assistance as required, they very kindly gave us a late check out, they stored our bags for a few hours before we could collect them to leave for the airport. They let us use a small “business center” room to do our last moment bag sorting, they have a baggage scale that came handy to ensure we were well in order. NOTE: They do not place bedroom slippers, emergency shaving kit and such in the room but are more than happy to provide if you need one.

Only point that was a bit disappointing – on the day we arrived we decided to have dinner at the hotel itself as it was already a bit late… we ordered a-la-carte – had soups and main course – the meal was disappointing, very bland and just not what we would expect for a hotel of that standard.

The staff everywhere, helpful, friendly, chatty. Great hospitality. Well located around other hotels, shops and restaurants. There is a small park in front with paddle. Wifi was good.

Tub-shower is small and the amenity big bottles are sticked to the wall, limiting the space (hit my ellbow constantly and 2 bottles fell off the tape). Upon check in (3pm) the room was still cleaned and guess it was rushed as some room amenities were missing (were brought up later).

The hotel and the rooms are so clean, cozy and modern. We couldn't complain about anything! The "mixed" pool is just amazing! Awesome view, sun beds and the hanging chairs were sooo relaxing! Actually, our stay began with a super helpful Ahmet at the reception. I've never seen anywhere in the world such a helpful and kind person! He is so professional! He made our stay way more pleasant. Why? One of the reasons is that later the first day our AC stopped working. Nobody at the reception was able to solve it (for 2 days!) until Ahmet appeared at the reception again. The problem was solved within 15 minutes! Next time we'll come to Muscat, this hotel is definitely a MUST!

There were two rooftop swimming pools. One for women only and one common for men and women. Guess which one was crowded all the time?

Everything was perfect! Oman is a great country and Muscat is a marvelous city with a great history and amazing people. The hotel is really great and it exceeded our expectations. Great room, clean and awesome breakfast. The staff are amazing. I will try not to foget anyone. I'd start with Ms. Christine and she is so helpful and friendly, and the reception guys Idrees and Habeeb are nice people, Jaf is a friendly guy. In the restaurant there was Reyna and Ronie ( I am afraid if I forgot her name ) and Mohammed is great as well. I am really thankfull for the room cleaning service assured by Ravindra who is an awesome guy and friendly. Really, we enjoyed our stay as a family and we look forward to visit Muscat again and we will do our best to go back to Hilton Garden Inn. Our baby liked the swiming pool and there is a plus there the baby pool has got like an umbrella and this made it nicer for him. The hotel has got a nice place you can find plenty of malls nearby, and beaches as well. If you have got a car, they have got a huge car park and you will easily find a place for it and touristic attractions and museums, you can easily reach by car. The stuff are really amazing, we missed out flight and we were about to cancel our trip, and the hotel offered me a reschedule but after a while we decided to go for it and I am so gratefull that we decided to go; the staff and especially Ms. Christine handled it so professionnally and in a nice way. The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and is among my favourite list

It’s clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. The staff were helpful especially the front desk staff May Zin.

The front of the hotel ground is not safe as it is made of square stone blocks and some of the stone blocks were sticking out which resulted in hotel guests trip down. Furthermore there were two big holes because of missing stone blocks which made it dangerous.

Excellent hotel when you come to Muscat. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a small accident during one of my trips in the mountains and I damaged my toe. Nasira was helping me to find a local hospital where I could have a check up. She even sent me a fruit basket to cheer me up. Thank you, Nasira. The hotel has very convenient parking where I could leave my hired car. It was easy to get in and out. In general, I had a good experience!

I liked everything.

This is our second stay at this property and, if God's will, we will stay there again when visiting Muscat. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. We had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast has significantly improved in the variety and quality of buffet items. Beautiful and quiet garden in front of the hotel allows to walk and relax before bed. Not all hotels odder private parking at the facility but Hilton Garden Inn has two-level private parking at sight.
