Good location. Nice staff. Comfortable beds. We left early knowing our booking was for two more nights and we had prepaid online but the staff was excellent in giving us back our funds. We were not leaving due to any issues with the hotel. The refund was not something they should have done but it was an amazing service which made me so grateful to them!

The room was ok and worth the money we paid but not perfect. The space was dingy. The windows were smeared with hand prints and marks where someone had stuck there sweaty head against the glass. The remotes were not working properly for the TV. It was a bit old but overall it was decent.

I loved the location. Being in Al Khuwair, it was close to restaurants, sheesha cafés, pharmacies and supermarkets. It is the perfect hotel if you are going to be out all day and only need a room to sleep and shower.

I was given a room with a view facing the side of another building about 15 feet away. Not all complimentary amenities were there when I checked in and I had to ask for them. The reception didn't offer for a porter to take my bags upto my room. I had to carry it myself. The pool tiles were broken and quality of the water poor when it came to the amount of chlorine added in. The gym looked depressing. The booking.com description said there are cable channels but there weren't any.

The room was clean and so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed. The a/c was amazingly cold and I loved it! Hot shower in the morning. 😍 Relaxed check out time - thank you

My friend had to ask for room service to get his kettle changed which took a few calls and some time. Kettle was rusting/was not clean. At check in time there was a long line of people - I was the only non Omani waiting. When it was my turn the attendant at the desk almost went on to serve the next Omani in line when it was my actually my turn. The Omani man that was waiting gestured me to go next. The check in attendant should respect people waiting in line and take them in order as they come to keep it professional.

The reception staff is very friendly - polite and very helpful, I have requested for a quite room on top floor and my request is fulfilled The house keeping does their job very professionally and very polite and well mannered Breakfast is wonderful too There is a cofee shop at lobby and it’s lovely I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and thanks to every staff at Muscat plaza hotel

nice clean three star hotel in a central location. breakfast was ok. water pressure was good also. and housekeeping crew did a very good job cleaning the room everyday. value for money.

the only downside I would say is the fact that the carpets are due for a deep cleaning. unfortunately our room did not have any meaningful view but we asked and they told us that all triple rooms have the same blocked view.

We were only supposed to stay one night here but our flight got canceled and we ended up staying for 4 nights more, Just brilliant. We had connecting family rooms with 3 single beds in one room and an extra large king-size bed in the other. Both rooms had smart TVs and a mini fridge. The beds and the bedding were just perfect, the furniture in our rooms was in perfect condition and everything was working. The bathroom in the kid's room had a larger shower which was perfect for the kids and we had hot water 24/7. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good, I had read reviews before saying it wasn't all that but it was perfect, they had a large variety of fresh hot food which was changed daily, a good selection of cakes and croissants as well as cereal. fresh milk, coffee, tea, and a toaster for your bread. My kids have never been so eager for breakfast before!! The swimming pool was a winner with the kids, me and the wife didn't use it but had a nightmare of a time getting the kids out of it, the view from the rooftop was really good! Room service was on point and the guys in reception were really helpful, we checked out at 2.30 am and the reception sent a bellboy up with a trolley straight away!! Excellent and will be staying here 100% next time I am in Muscat!

Nothing to not like - perfect hotel, perfect location, helpful staff, and really comfy beds with an excellent breakfast buffet, what is there not to like???

We had a nice, clean, comfortable big family room. It also had a small fridge and they provided free water bottles. Breakfast was really good. There is a rooftop pool with heated water, which was nice. There was free parking space in front of the hotel. There are many shops around. Airport is only 15-20 mins drive. I recommend this place. The price/quality ratio was excellent, we were very satisfied.

There was a short electricity outage when we arrived and the next morning. Staff told us that it is probably due to usage of kettle. Maybe they should remove these from the rooms in case they cause issues.

Very nice hotel at a convenient location. We had a large family room. The hotel is clean and well furnished. The breakfast was excellent. There's a WiFi. There are some parking space next to the hotel, they might be occupied, but within 300m of the hotel there are really many parking spaces that are free and can be used. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and booked another stay when leaving Oman. There are also some nice restaurants nearby.

Great budget property. Kind of hard to get a bus directly to this place from airport though but all other places are very accessible from here. Middle of the city. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Cleanliness was very acceptable for the price figure. Hotel exterior hygiene was questionable which again Muscat municipality has to work on it. Good stay overall.

Spacious room, very clean linens and towels, comfortable bed, good breakfast with sufficient varieties, very supportive staff, excellent location, range of restaurants nearby, major malls and Sultan Qaboos mosque are within couple of kilometers. Front office staff, fully nationals, very cooperative and pleasant.

No parking in hotel, you have to park in public area, but it is easily available especially in the evening.
