The staff was excellent, especially receptionist Hussein, who showed outstanding professionalism and high morals. • Noora and Adel were also very kind, helpful, and respectful in their customer service. • A room issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. • Breakfast was very good, especially for a four-star hotel. • Massage therapists Dari and Rani performed their work very well and provided a relaxing and professional experience.

The swimming pool needs more chairs and better organization. The massage session also requires an increase in the range of services offered.

The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. They deliver drinking water to room everyday without I’m asking for it. The housekeeping clean the room with good cares because I stay for 21 days and it doesn’t get any better than this hotel services. I appreciate all the staffs that have been assisting us with our stayed for me and my partner. I love the bathroom designs and so spacious. Sofa is very comfortable and clean. Bedroom is facing the sunlight through big glass windows. bedding and pillows are with high quality sheets and it’s very comfortable. WiFi is very strong and they have all tv channels available with no problems with it. I can watch my football games and mbc2. It’s Near to shopping malls location, restaurants and convenience stores. The breakfast at Al Andalus restaurant also good and good service. Swimming pool outdoor is clean and just nice. gym and pool are easy access. Everything there they make you feel comfortable and safe.

What else we cld get more, when all our requests are welcomed, infact with options: high rise view, king bed, variety of toiletries, a summup of a perfect place for a small family leisure trip IN Muscat! *!*. The pool is well maintained👨‍👩‍👦, did not get a chance have breakfast as we had our early morning sight visits.. Will sure revisit in my future staycations@ Wyndham Garden. 😊Started liking Wyndham Group of hotel *!*

Everything was perfect. It is a very nice hotel and all we needed was provided. The property is very clean, and the location is great and close to many attractions. The room is cozy with an excellent aircon. We also had a nice view in level 8. The windows are soundproof, and one can have a peaceful sleep. The price is value for money considering the facilities provided.

Most of the staff are very friendly. However, I did not like one grumpy guy at the welcoming desk. He has a serious face and pretends to be too busy. He might be efficient in the back office but definitely not the best person to welcome guests who are tired of a long journey and need a smiley face to welcome them. It was the only downside of our stay.

the bed and the shower were very comfortable. the soundproofing of the room was also to be appreciated, it was excellent. the highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. large underground free parking

the location is not the best, there are no high quality restaurants or cafes nearby. small forgetfulness: once we asked for an extra large towel and they forgot to bring it to us. another time during cleaning they left us without a hand towel. on another day, they did not refill the shampoo.

The hotel is modern with all the amenities you could ask for and more. The gym, sauna, and poo! are absolutely amazing with 2 of each, one for women only and the other mixed. This is a great advantage for women who prefer privacy or are wearing Hijab. Also, the good thing is that these facilities are open full day, unlike most hotels (for ladies) The breakfast at Andalus restaurant was very good and it's also available on entertainer, which gets you B1G1. The location of the hotel is in the vicinity of many food outlets, shopping centers and masjid (mosque). The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was better than some of the 5star hotels,

Friendly staff, good size room and bed. Breakfast was very good and location is great and close to almost everywhere. Check-in and check out was fast and good and the property has an easy access parking.

The facility and staff were excellent, and I had an overall positive experience. However, I did encounter a few cockroaches in my room, which persisted despite the cleaning crew's efforts to address the issue with spraying. This made things a bit uncomfortable, but aside from that, everything else was very good. Thank you!

The Wyndham Garden had very comfortable rooms and was extremely good value for money. The breakfast was good and the on-site al-Andalus restaurant provided a decent lunch buffet and a good ala-carte selection for dinner. There was also a Kaldi coffee shop in front of the reception. The location was good and all the tour companies picked me up from the hotel itself.

The hotel does not serve any alcohol. You will need to go to other hotels in order to get a drink. The swimming pool was nice, but it was quite small and shallow.

We arrived in the middle of the night and left in the morning, so we didn’t get to experience much of the hotel. The room was nice, spacious, and clean, and the staff was kind and helpful.

They do offer an airport transfer, but I couldn’t arrange it. I tried to organize it well in advance (at the time of booking) but was instructed to book a day before. That’s exactly what I did, but I then received a message saying they couldn’t accommodate such a ‘last-minute’ request. In any case, the taxi from the airport was half the price they quoted.

Its a good location and quite a few good restaurants and if you are able to get the view side then awesome. The restaurant size and ambience is good.

We had a very bad view, ac pipelines and for the price paying for 2 nights, it was not good. The good side, after staying the night, the next day requested Ana and she changed to a better view and room. Thanking her. For the previous room they shouldn't charge a lot for it plus the room wasn't that great. They should work on the breakfast a little bit more with the taste. The food was normal and restaurant was good.
