The reception team was very quick and accurate during our check-in inspite of the busy operation that time, simultaneously she was able to accommodate my request for breakfast booking for morning and still able to maanage to answer questions between me and walk in guest. I booked for 3 rooms as I was bringing a group and she was able to allocate us in one floor without me even asking. My booking preference was exactly how I requested it. Great location of the hotel, clean and well maintained and most importantly efficient team around.

The size of the parking but it was not hard to do so not that difficult.

1-- The staff went out of their way to be hospitable and to help with some printing that I needed. Very warm and welcoming. 2-- The high-quality breakfast was EXCELLENT! Fresh fruits and vegetables, which is always appreciated. Plus a great variety of other foods. I especially liked the one or two Indian dishes. And you can't beat the price! 3-- If you're a tourist, this location is a bit away from the major attractions, but not too far. 4-- Room and amenities were very nice. Fresh, clean sheets and towels

I liked everything, honestly. The room was cleaned daily, and I've been to so many luxurious hotels around the world, but this one has been the most memorable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it seemed as if they enjoyed working there. The hotel was always busy with people checking in and out but they still managed to assist everyone most adequately, and it was always quiet in the hotel. No noises, and no bad smells, and the temperature was always just the right degree of warmth and coolness. Water bottles, tea, and sugar bags were replaced daily as well. I got all of this, and it was the most budget-friendly hotel in all of Muscat.

Personal preference, but perhaps the cleaning hours should be included in the hotel info or the guests should be informed because on my weekend when I wasn't working, waking up at 7 am to the door knocking wasn't the best feeling in the world. The staff were still very flexible and kind, and they offered to come back later every time. It still gave me a reason to go out of the room and explore the beautiful Muscat!

Great welcome when I arrived at 4am in the morning! I loved the room, it was big enough and had a comfy bed and also a tea&coffee station that was refilled daily as well as shampoo&soap which I was grateful for, as I didn't bring any. Room was looked after daily. Staff was very helpful whenever I needed sth (thank you so much!). Convenient location downtown. And very quiet room, I could work well on my computer.

I made a mistake with the date as it was after midnight booking and same day arrival. The gentleman who did the check-in was very kind and he assisted us to amend the booking to check in on the spot without having a hard time or waiting for Booking.com. and since it was a night stay. Called after checking in and requested for toiletries and it was delivered immediately.

Accommodating staff.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay First and foremost, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating, providing a warm welcome upon my arrival. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness, especially during these times. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a well-functioning bathroom, TV, and a coffee maker. One of the standout features of this hotel was the on-site restaurant. I had a delicious meal there, and the breakfast options were also quite satisfying. It was convenient to have good dining options within the hotel itself.

However, there were a couple of minor issues that I encountered during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was a bit spotty, which made it challenging to work or stream content.

It was clean and tidy and the service staff were so good and efficient. I like the cleanliness and service staff obedience.

I would like to mention here that there were no Amenities in the rooms, even a Slippers and the toothbrush and a paste it should be present before checking in the guests. All the guests were calling and asking these Amenities with the reception staff. Hope it will be resolve.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ibis Hotel in Muscat, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of Ms. Rose at the front desk. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home from the very start. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and I have to give special thanks to Mr. Khurshidalalm and the housekeeping staff for their excellent work. My room was always spotless, and they took great care to ensure that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The amenities at the ibis Hotel were also top-notch. The restaurant offered a delicious array of food, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and relaxing, and I found it to be the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I cannot recommend the ibis Hotel Muscat highly enough. The exceptional service provided by Ms. Rose at the front desk and the outstanding housekeeping by Mr. Khurshidalalm truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Muscat.

The location was excellent. I requested for an early check in as my flight was in morning. I arrived at around 10:30. I had a long day and o was really tired. Despite the normal check in time of 2:00 pm the lady on the counter was sweet enough to give me the room as early as she could 11:00 am. She was very helpful and considerate. I forgot the name guess Cristina probably. But a very customer oriented person.

TV was not working and rooms too small for a claustrophobic person like me.

Prime location, hence everything was available in walking distance. Room was compact and ambience was very nice. Service was very good. House keeping staff was very helpful

There was no lock in the washroom. The room was opened and cleaned with your consent when we were not in the room. The restaurant was having only buffet breakfast and didn’t serve An A La Carte Menu
