Liked the breakfast range. Breakfast attendants were nice and welcoming. Osama was very helpful and answered our questions. Foyer and common areas were well kept. Location was good, but needed better walkway to the mall. Early check-in and check out.

Staff could have more knowledge on surroundings and tours.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and offered great value for money. Additionally, the free parking was a convenient bonus. The staff was helpful, polite and very professional.Highly recommend!

Our key card stopped working every time we went out and returned, requiring a trip to reception to reactivate it.

Breakfast was good enough. close to a store and great large shoping mall. the reception and staff were kind. the room was clean with good amenities. There is an Iranian nightclub on the rooftop and a disco next to the hotel, both nice but a bit expensive

There are no sidewalks around the hotel, so you have to walk on dirt and unpaved roads, which can be difficult for children or the elderly So It is better to have a car. There is an outdoor rooftop pool, but it was small and shallow, not very impressive. The hotel description mentioned bicycles for rent, but that was incorrect so they promised to remove it

Nothing could be reached by walking. It is necessary to take a car even to go to nearby malls. Room and bathroom design are very basic.

It was absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Muscat. The breakfast was amazing, they had endless options. Room service was really good, the rooms were so big and the bed was so comfortable. The people who worked there were really nice and very informative. The rooftop is also really pretty, with a pool and it was nice to sit there at night and see Muscat.

It is a bit hard to get to, but once you get the hang of it, it’s fine

Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. There is a pool party on the roof (7th floor) on a Thursday and Friday night. The noise did disturb us slightly in a 5th floor room, we changed rooms along the corridor on the same floor and it was fine. As with all hotels we stayed in in Oman, the breakfast was a choice of Indian food or continental. The pool area was clean and well kept, although a little noisy from the surrounding roads. The room view was across the main roads and the sea in the distance. All in all, very happy with our stay and we would stay again

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean. They were happy to store luggage when we broke our stay by 2 days to go further north returning for a 6 day stay. An extra bed in the room for our adult daughter who lives locally wasn't an issue and didn't cost the earth. There was good choice of food for breakfast we didn't eat at the hotel on the evenings so can't comment on that altho evening food was served on the roof by the pool which I'm sure would have been nice. Great stay and would use again.

There is a party by the pool at weekend which did slightly disturb us on the 5th floor one night of the 3 weekend nights we spent there. So one night wasn't bad really. Otherwise it was a great stay

Hotel has good location, very kind stuff, pool, 24h gym and breakfast on very high level but,

Bads are not on 4-star level. The club that operates on ground level makes sleeping VERY hard. I went to check at 2.00 AM and the music in the club was not loud at all, but acustic doesn’t work that way. In cases like this, the whole hotel works as a PA speaker and you can’t get a decent sleep inside the bass box. The owners will have to decide which part of business is more important for them. I remember a 5-star hotel in Morocco with the same problem. They were selling beautiful big rooms for 3-star prices and anyway people were leaving after the first night.
