Our room was actually what most Europeans would probably call a suite as it had a separate living room and bedroom + bathroom (with a bath!). There was lots of room and everything was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We loved the breakfast and the guy managing breakfast was exceptionally friendly and energetic early in the morning. The location was great, lots of restaurants just a walking distance away (although the bigger streets are not pedestrian-friendly in Oman).

At some points during our stay the ventilation system (I can only assume) emitted a bad smell (probably from someone’s toilet, but not ours), but it went away quickly and the smell was not too intense

service, honesty, professionalism, and respect were provided by all the staff, and the location was close to all restaurants and services in Al khwair district, The room size and the price were right. finally thanks to all the staff for the kind cooperation

The only problem was in drinking water, and its number was very limited, as they were sending water 330 mm per person and it was very overpriced in its price if the number increased, as the price of one bottle of the kind Green Mountain is equivalent to the price of 2 pcs of the kind of the Evian mineral water / Arwa water in stores as example and you can get it 100 meters from the hotel location

The surprise was that our rooms were quite large and there was enough space to feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and it was especially nice that we could open the windows, because if you don't want to use the air conditioner, it is important that the windows are open. The beds were comfortable and it was possible to make coffee in the room. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and were very satisfied with it - a large and tasty selection of food. And many thanks to the polite hotel staff!

Unfortunately, breakfast is served from 6:30 ... on the last day we had to leave the hotel at that time and then it was not possible to eat in the morning.

Spacious and comfortable rooms and beds, good breakfast, hotel transfer was there to pick us up as agreed, lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel, nicely renovated reception area.

Bathrooms and rooms in general need more maintenance; we found broken toilet seat on the floor, blocked sink, one set of towels and one tea cup in double rooms, the hotel and specially corridors badly needs renovation; only reception was renovated, I would say strange priorities not to focus on the rooms but reception.

The breakfast provided was of good quality, with a wide array of options to choose from. Moreover, the presence of numerous food options nearby added to the convenience of dining choices. Ample parking space ensured that parking was never an issue during my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's gym facilities were well-equipped, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. Overall, Muscat Garden Hotel offered great value for money, providing quality accommodations and amenities that exceeded expectations.

We stayed on the first and last nights of our trip coming to and from Muscat International Airport. We were very happy with the room and slept great both nights. The room had a city view and on our last night we could see the lit up domes of the mosque from the bed. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the hotel is located in a neighborhood with restaraunts cafe's and even a beach in walking distance. I highly reccommend the Indian Vegetarian restaurant very close to the hotel! The staff were very pleasant and helpful and overall we were very happy with our stay.

No real complaints from us.

The location is great. There is a bridge nearby that allows to cross to the other side of the highway and go to the beach. It also has a huge supermarket with cheap warm food one minute way. Rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good. Bus route 8 and 1 very close and regular.

They have this music at the restaurant and entrance that is awful! It's the same song all over and I could not relax at the breakfast because of it. Not sure how the employees tolerate that every day. I would prefer no music! The Asian lady at the restaurant was rude. Avoid her, though she will not avoid you...

Whenever I plan a visit to Muscat, this hotel is always at the forefront of my considerations. Its prime location provides easy access to everything – hypermarkets, taxis, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are not only nice and tidy but also offer a unique experience on each floor with a variety of well-designed accommodations.

While I didn't dislike anything, I would like to suggest a potential improvement. If there could be a reduction in breakfast charges, which I find to be on the higher side, it would be greatly appreciated. I believe that a lowered price would not only enhance customer satisfaction but also encourage more patrons to take advantage of this offer.

- The location is close to stops for bus lines #1 and 8 (airport) - Early check-in was possible - not sure if I got a free upgrade or not, but the apartment was huge (I just booked a room) - Staff came to adjust a power outlet to work with my European plug. It didn't work but luckily the fridge was plugged into an adapter as well, in which I could additionally plug my phone charger - The lobby, front desk, and rooms are well maintained

- The bathroom is not as clean as it could be (tub and sink drain) - When I wanted to take a bath (because of Muscat being that boring) the water was not warm enough.

The rooms were big. The location is really good as shops are just a short walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The faint smell of cigarette in the hallway but it's expected if there are guests smoking in the smoking rooms it's going to seep out to the hallway eventually. The showerhead in my bathroom was not working well but good thing the room had a bathtub so I just took a bath instead of a shower.
