We had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and style. The ambiance throughout the hotel was relaxing and elegant, making it the perfect place to unwind. A special thank you to the front desk and housekeeping teams – your kindness and dedication truly made a difference. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a memorable stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for three nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming, and their hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The only minor issue we faced was that the listing mentioned slippers would be provided in the room, but there were none when we arrived. We asked the staff, and they said they were out of stock. We followed up again the next day, but unfortunately, they still didn’t have any. It wasn’t a big problem, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests.

The hotel's prime location near major attractions and abundance of nearby dining options made it a great choice. One of the biggest advantages was the spacious room – the executive suite we booked exceeded our expectations in terms of size. It was truly impressive! Special thanks to Pramod, Housekeeping Incharge, Mansour at the Front Desk, and the friendly Indian female staff member at the Front Desk (unfortunately, we forgot her name!). All three were exceptionally polite, helpful, and went above and beyond. In fact, every staff member we interacted with was great, providing outstanding service throughout our stay.

Furniture and upholstery could be updated, as some pieces appear worn and torn. Providing amenities according to the number of guests and as requested without follow up would be a welcome touch. While the cleanliness is good, there's room for enhancement to achieve exceptional standards.

Walking distance to 'Ruwi Bus Terminal' where grocery stores, restaurants, money exchanger, sim contractors, taxis and bus stops are around, and in addition, hotel itself is located in quiet area. The front desk staff, cleaning staff and pool staff were all excellent. Breakfast was also great for the local foods, Omani coffee, salad, fruit, meat and egg dishes. The facility was generally clean. There was a security key for each floor, so it was safe.

Only if you are looking for luxury and elegance, I recommend another hotel. WiFi was not always stable. The variety of breakfast options is moderate, so if you're looking for something luxurious or want variety, or if you're staying for a week or so, you might want to consider other options (although I personally didn't have any problems).

The location of the property is excellent with shops and all convenience stores nearby, the staff is very well behaved and hospitality is great. We stayed here for a week and had no complaints. The breakfast served is very good and filling with timings from 6:30 am - 10:30 am which is helpful whether you are an early or late riser. Our room was cleaned properly, sheets were spotless and strong WiFi. The price is extremely reasonable for the services and location. Will book again if I visit Muscat.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

We had a fantastic stay at HHH as a group of five for two nights. The service was excellent, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, the beds were cozy, and the location was perfect for our needs. Special thanks to Mr. Pramod for making our stay more special. The only downside was the bathroom in our room—it was like it's too old and needs a makeover very soon. While it didn’t ruin our experience, it was the one area that could use some improvement. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and comfort!

We only stayed here overnight before going to the airport the next morning. The airport is about 25 mins by car from here. It's a decent room with good facilities. It's also in a prime location with all shops around. The breakfast time is also earlier than usual 6.30, which was good for us because the restaurant staff were kind enough to open the place for us at 6.15 so we could have a quick breakfast before leaving. Bathroom is very well equipped and clean. Room was also very spacious.

Hm well the rooms have a traditional touch, and for those who like it it's good. Nothing very fancy, but overall a decent place.

The staff at the hotel were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and any issues we encountered were resolved quickly. The hotel offers a pool as well as gender-separate fitness rooms. However, I must mention that the women's fitness room could be a bit cleaner and would benefit from more strength equipment. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, and one particular staff member, a lady with a black bun, was especially polite and attentive, checking in with us from time to time to see if we needed anything. The hotel also has other lovely amenities, such as a prayer room, a spacious lobby, and a café. Its location is ideal, with restaurants and shopping centers just a 3–4 minute walk away. We sincerely thank the hotel for a pleasant stay and its warm hospitality

- The women’s fitness room could be cleaner and would benefit from more strength equipment. -You need to keep the window closed at all times to prevent the room from becoming damp and smelly.

Efficient ,courteous, and very helpful staff. As I always stay there whenever I visit muscat, more or less the whole team knows me. They know my needs from breakfast choice to room cleanliness. Smiling front office staff ready to go a mile ahead to assist. Mr. Idris and Ms. Reshma is always ready to attend to my specific needs before I check in. I normally call them, and all is set for me at checkin. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HHH without even thinking for a minute. Stayed for 8 days this visit.

There is nothing specific to mention. However, I would like to see better room service menu items.

Breakfast was good with huge sitting area. Hotel staff (Altamash, Muskan & Mansur) are very good with the guest and they're more than happy to assist you and always helping the guests to plan their trip for the day if you ask for their assistance. They're always polite and courteous and smiling.

1. We were 4 people staying in the room and only 2 complimentary water bottles were given per day. 2. I know the theme of the hotel is vintage however, should do something about ventilation in washroom. 3. Someone should be there to assist the guests when they arrive at the main door as i have to bring my own baggage inside and didn't know where to park my car. 4. Breakfast could have got different menu's everyday like South Indian or North Indian or Pakistani options. As there were limited live station food. 5. Same 2 fruits everyday (Water Melon & Musk Melon) could have got other fruits as well.
