We're a group of 3 adults and booked the 2br suite/room. We didn't realize we had a balcony so that was a great addition. The rooms and beds were comfortable and reception were helpful with assisting us with getting taxis. The hotel is lovely and has great facilities and suitable for everyone. It's a 5 seconds walking distance from a fantastic Syrian restaurant (bait al yasmin) and a local burger place (Glare - get the Cali burger). It's a new hotel so most taxi drivers have no idea where it is but they can just plug it into maps or request going to either restaurants. It's also nearby a mall. I plan to stay there again during my next visit. If you need a taxi, the app and website for booking wont work unless you have omani phone number so youll need to request the hotel to book for you. please ensure requesting the hotel to contact the blue taxis as those are the ones allowed to pick up passengers from hotels (red taxis operate in the airport, orange anywhere on the road, blue for 4+ starts hotels -please insist-). Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Even if BOOKING.COM screwed up our reservation and charged us twice for the stay, the Hilton DOUBLETREE was. Rey pleasant. I strongly recommend making your reservation directly with the Hilton and save the horrific service from Booking.com. Staff very pleasant and helpful in trying to resolve any concerns or issues. Special thanks to Hanif for keeping our room super clean and being so helpful in anything we needed… lots of parking indoor and out available, awesome, breakfast..

Booking.com totally screwed up our reservation and we ended up being charged twice for our two week stay. We are now back home e and still trying to get the error fixed by booking.com but only getting finger pointing and excuses to date… other than that we have no problems with the Hilton double tree stay.

I've been to Oman numerous times and this was the first hotel where it was actually an apartment rather than a bedroom. Very spacious, clean, all staff were super helpful and friendly. Thanks to my cleaners for always cleaning my room to a high standard. Rooftop pool area is beautiful. Nice little location with a few food/small malls around. Qurum is a beautiful area. The hotel constantly smells amazing too!

The only issue I had was the advertising and some signs within the hotel show/state rooftop bar. There is no bar at this hotel, which is a shame. I feel it's something that was missing. Especially considering the rooftop has a beautiful atmosphere and view.

A special shout-out to Abdullah and the rest of the receptionist staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and memorable. Their warmth and eagerness to assist were truly commendable. The accommodations were both comfortable and elegant, reflecting the hotel's commitment to providing a luxurious experience. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The highlight for me was the well-maintained swimming pool, offering a refreshing escape from the city's heat. Stayed in the three-bedroom suite for 3 nights as a family of five adults. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic pots,pans and dishes, as well as a microwave, huge fridge, induction stove and oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The beds were firm and extremely comfortable, living and dining area was spacious as well. They had basement parking available as well as outdoor parking. It’s also located next to a lovely Syrian restaurant which has great food and the area also has several jewelers shops, banks, atms etc. which came in handy.

1. It’s situated next to a main road/highway and the windows aren’t sealed properly for sound which meant you could hear cars and traffic nonstop. 2. The added breakfast option was mediocre in terms of options. That could certainly be improved. 3. No separation either through floor level or by stoppers of the wet and dry areas in any of the bathrooms which meant that water would flood the entire bathroom after someone took a shower.

Mostly we're outside, but we slept well. The room was spacious. Separate kitchen, separate living room. The staffs were friendly too.

I booked a room with a mountain view, but I didn't get one.. we got a second floor with my room facing the restaurant next to it. I think the people in the restaurant were the ones who got 'the view'. But i didn't want to be a Karen/Kevin about it, since we knew we would spend most of our days outside. But yeah, could have easily been a perfect score If I got what I booked for. Oh another thing, the pillow was too big and too hard for us.

one of the best Hotels in Muscat ..I enjoyed Staying in DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat , This was something I'd Recommend Family and Friends to Come ..The hotel is very clean , Wi-Fi connection , room service very fast on time , All staff are friendly always smiling , Dinner and breakfast is very good was delicious. In addition ,swimming pool area and the pool itself clean with good outdoor attracted Design … late Checkout at 3 as Complimentary for my husband's birthday and a surprise cake (^-^) Thank you Doubletree Muscat

New and beautiful hotel. Such a huge, clean and well-equipped rooms! With a big kitchen and balcony. Even washing machine. You could live there for months))) Hospitality! Nice pool and shisha.

Nothing really serious actually) Location isn’t great. But it’s ok if you’re traveling by car. Our room was right next to the restaurant, so it was a bit noisy. Better ask for the higher floors. No coffee machine in 2 bedroom apartments. But you can order it from the hotel cafe.

When we arrived on the 12/26 afternoon, the reception team welcomed us with a big contagious smile. They gave us all the information needed, as well as recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was delicious with various choices and the stuff there was really polite and always at your disposal. Overall we had an amazing time there and we hope to come back soon. Thank you for making our stay as amazing as it could be!!1

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff at the entrance were extremely helpful and friendly.

The breakfast staff were very slow, apart from Chiene, who made the best coffee! For me, the air conditioning was set too high in the cafe.
