The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was great as it is next door to my niece’s language school. I liked the buffet breakfast, although I think you need 2 coffee machines. I really liked the relaxing pool area as it had plenty of seats with shade. I also I slept well even though my room had a view of the pool and the freeway…..I was pleasantly surprised that noise wasn’t a problem.

Nothing the Radisson can do about, but I didn’t like that you couldn’t walk anywhere without risking your life. I was terrified watching my niece cross the road! I might contact the Omani government to ask them to install some pedestrian crossings.

basically nice and comfortable hotel, very nice and helfull staff, good location, beds ok, bathroom as well was good.

no possibilty to open balcony door or any window, no possibility to regulate temperature of AC, (only on/off, speed low med, fast) . comparing to other Radisson hotels in other countries, quality was lower, swimming pool very small, staff not willing to bring umbrella (said they dont have, then it occured they have when you give a tip...) , we wanted to order in the pool bar fish and chips, it occured they have the cheapest worst white fish. In a city located at the sea its quite embarrassing for 4 star hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Muscat recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hospitality extended by the front desk, especially by Miss Jannat, was truly exceptional. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made me feel welcomed and valued from the moment I arrived. Moreover, the hotel's prime location in close proximity to excellent restaurants and malls made it incredibly convenient for me to explore and indulge in the local cuisine and shopping scene. The accessibility to such amenities added a great deal of value to my stay. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch as well. The clean gym, well-maintained garden, and spacious parking area all contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the room I stayed in offered a breathtaking view that truly enhanced my overall experience. In conclusion, my time at Radisson Blu Muscat was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by Miss Jannat and the incredible amenities and services offered by the hotel. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in Muscat.

Fabulous, customer responsive staff. Comfortable, well appointed room, business lounge access, great pool. Good breakfast and tasty food at Olivios. Excellent service at reception, by housekeeping and restaurant staff.

Nothing to complain about. Perhaps pool attendants could service pool area more frequently, collect used towels, clear away catering items etc faster and lounger cushions need replacing, but that is minor.

Fantastic hotel. I stayed four nights in total - at the beginning and end of a group tour, two nights booked independently of the tour. Reception staff were really helpful ( especially Wafa) and facilitated us staying in the same room as we left the tour and moved to our own booking. The pool is very nice. The restaurant food exceptional. Delicious breakfast. Lovely outdoor poolside bar. The most comfortable bed and lovely crisp linen. All staff were helpful and polite.

The gift shop manager was very pushy and made us feel uncomfortable. We didn’t want to go in. It was a hard sell. Fortunately we were able to extract ourselves eventually.

Good size room, nicely decorated, kettle and fridge in room, good size bathroom with toiletries. Located in relatively nice area with a Starbucks and nice supermarket nearby. Taxis to airport 24/7 for 10 riales (cheaper than otaxi which will only sent luxury cars to such hotels for 20 riales). Nice pool area; Strong wifi throughout. Good breakfast and the 10 riales evening buffet is a good deal.

Windows are not soundproof; don’t like showers over bath , prefer walk-in. Shower; reception desk staff not always easy to understand; not enough loungers at pool area.

The pool area was very nice with palm trees and nice sitting area in the shade! Breakfast with lots of fresh fruits and good bread. The furniture in the room was a bit old but it was the best and most comfortable bed from our tour.

The music from outside was very loud untill after midnight. We pre-booked with the hotel an Airport transfer to the hotel as we arrived quite late. As nobody was waiting for us we called the hotel and we still had to wait 30 min untill the pick-up. But they gave us a free upgrade as compensation, which was very friendly.

We had upgraded to a junior suite with lounge access which was expensive. The upgrade room was fabulous - spacious with great facilities. We enjoyed the business lounge where we could have any alcoholic drink without limit. This made the room decent value. The pool and pool bar were lovely. Breakfast good - best orange juice I have ever had! Fabulous WiFi - full strength even at the pool.

Reception was chaotic at check in. And the system did not record our room upgrade so every breakfast and every business lounge access was denied - even after checking with reception. Each time we had to ring up and complain before the issue was resolved. Business lounge set up a bit strange. There weee 2 women working - on the phone,computer etc during the early part of our ‘executive’ snack and drinks.

The staff were fabulous the hotel was great value for the money,the pool area was relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast had plenty of choice and had a relaxed atmosphere.

Only negative was a bit of noise from the Omalleys pub on the Friday night,we were on the 4th floor and could here it,not sure the music has to be that loud,we visited and couldn't hear ourselves talking. But it is a lovely place for a drink and the staff were great.

Over all we had a plesent stay in this hotel, reception was nice an friendly, room was enough big with all facility inside what you need, a kettle tee coffee water, room was cleaned every day, hotel has a nice outdoor pool, sport jym, breakfast was really good and plenty of chose.

several things to mention room furnitures was quite outdated and some concerns about the safety in the hotel it seem that everyone can easily enter in to hotel, there were no room card needed in the elevator to get to different flore, but maybe there is something what you don't see.
