There was a mixup and the manager was SO helpful. She immediately solved the issue and offered superb customer service. Breakfast OK, no eggs, but otherwise it was sufficient. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean.

I've stayed here 4 times, and will return.

The room was large and spacious. The staffs are all kind, helpful and very professional.

When we booked the hotel we made sure that they have a crib available for us and they confirmed it. However when we arrived, we were told that there were no cribs. I was quite upset about this as this could have been very problematic. We ended up having our son sleep in the same bed with us which we’ve never done before. This was very unprofessional of the hotel and was an issue that could have been avoided.

Just Perfect after along journey from Cusco. The Staff is polite and accommodating. We got free upgrade from double room to suite room. But first they show us both rooms. Both are very clean and nice. Just the suite is bigger. There's hot strong shower 😍. They provide shampoo and conditioner in toilet container which is good, not in sachet like other places we stay. White cotton towels. The bed is very clean and comfortable. Well lighted room. The view of the room is also nice 😍. We really rested well even we arrived afternoon and leave at 6:00am. Because we can't get our breakfast they packed us breakfast to go for our journey. Simple but its really nice. We highly recommended this hotel. Look, feel and smell very clean room. Thank you

We felt we lucked out when we booked this little hotel. The location was excellent at the top of the hill away from the noise and tourists. The art and gardens and river made for an attractive buffer against the business of the city. The hotel was super helpful, allowing us to check in early before we headed to Manchu picchu.

If you can, ask for the rooms that face the river, the window gives a beautiful view and sound of water to lull to sleep!

The breakfast could include more option, and wifi works only in lobby.

We did not stay at this property. They gave a room at Hotel Tara which probably they owned too. They told us the room was an upgrade from the one I reserved.

I didn't like the 3 floors to my room. The hotel is on a long incline which means you need to hike a small hill then go up 3 floors.

Great location, right next to the hot springs. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage the next day while we went to Machu Picchu and let us change and sit in the lobby till we had to leave.

All the employees were exceptionally available for all our needs. Also the breakfast were very good.

Both days I was there, somebody was fixing something next to my wall so there was a lot of hammering and drilling throughout the afternoon! The reception staff were fabulous. My room was incredibly clean. The food was delicious and I was happy!

Super confortable bad, good water pressure to take a relaxing shower. Silent spot. Good breakfast. Kind staffs. They took care of our luggage while we went to Machu Picchu

A little bit far from the train station if you are going up. That wasn't a big problem but surprised us.
