Newer, clean facilities. Nice location that is in the quieter area a little up the hill but still very convenient to restaurants, massages and everything else. The owners Rafael and Nicole are very nice. They helped pick us up at the train station and took us to buy our Machu Picchu tickets. Also helped us arrange a prepaid guide. We were able to stay at the lounge a bit with our luggage stored on the day we were leaving.

We appreciated a quick continental 5 am breakfast so that we could catch our 5:30 bus ride. Also that there was luggage storage provided. Staff were very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Also appreciated bottles of water that were provided.

It would have been nice to have drinking glasses in bathroom to brush your teeth. Recommend plastic bag in wastebaskets for hygienic purposes.

The staff and the room was very cozy.

It was hard to get a nice hot shower.

Mild background music from an adjacent business was heard late into the night. It's uphill from the train station and Machu Picchu bus station.

The breakfast was excellent. Especially the choice between hot milk and hot water to however much of the concentrated coffee liquid into. Croissants, ham, cheese, cereal, etc. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The staff was very friendly.

When we checked in, the receptionist forgot to give me our passports back after photocopying them. And I was so tired I didn’t remember them and I didn’t miss them for a half hour.

Excellent spacious room, stunning view, and a secure safe. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel's proximity to Springwater Water is a major advantage.

It was really clean , the breakfast was sufficient and tasty. Staff was kind and helpful. They stored our bags without charge after our check out.

Excellent price and it was a last minute booking. Nice featured power board with usb ports to keep phone charged. Got some laundry done at a really good price.

The staff is helpful and very kind. Beakfast is served early, so you can go in the fist bus to Machu Picchu. The location is great, although you have to go up the main street a bit.

Nothing specific. Maybe it needs a decor makeover/renovation. It is very rustic.
