I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, and going out of their way to make sure I was not only comfortable, but just genuinely good people. In my 30 day stay, they did not feel like hosts, they becoe family, and one I will miss.

I can't say there was much I didn't like that was fault of the property, there were times the street noise due to outside work at all hours of the night, or the festivities that were taking part, or the tourists having a good time. This noise, to me although at times wasn't welcomed, was a part of the experience, I wanted to go and live in that environment and this was the experience that they also receive. My heart was happy even in the times of frustration.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It was a truly wonderful stay. There was no electric kettle in the room, but when I asked for hot water to eat some instant ramen, the staff gave me some. On the first day of my stay, there was a power outage throughout the area from morning until night, which meant that Wi-Fi was unavailable. However, even during the power outage, the shower had hot water. The shower room and toilet were also very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast, served from 5 a.m., was simple but very helpful, including bread, ham, cheese, fruit, coffee, and juice. If I visit Machu Picchu again, I'll definitely stay here again!

It's not the accommodation's fault, but during my three day stay, the humidity was so high that the laundry I washed by hand never dried. Please be careful!

Super friendly personeel, especially Stefanie helped me a lot arranging a taxi and making use of the laundry service. I could also store my backpack for free during the Salkantay trek. Great service🙂low price, good location

At first it was difficult to find and then we had some problems with the key and entrance. I was also scared to shower because it was electric. Then the second time I got a room, it was much better and the shower was great. So they do their best to fix the problems which can happen to anyone. The breakfast was very simple but the price is super low so it’s OK.

We stayed after the Salkantay trek and it was great value for money. The shower was just perfect, very hot and fantastic pressure. Beds were also comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful

I liked the room as there was a heater there to keep it warm. The bed was very comfortable power points a bit loose for foreign plug adapters

The floor was a bit slippery .they need longer shower curtain in bathroom as it goes all over the floor

The bedroom was so nice and clean . The staff were super kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location super close of the hot springs and a bunch of restaurants!

It was a little hard to find , the sign was a not very noticeable

Upon checking in I was told there's no room available due to toilet leakage. However the staff accommodated me in another hotel few meters away which was nice.

Staff was super friendly! It was a great choice. We even tried the massages and it was a super nice experience.

We had a great stay at PAKARINA! When there were problems with our payment, they were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was also great here.
