Super friendly personeel, especially Stefanie helped me a lot arranging a taxi and making use of the laundry service. I could also store my backpack for free during the Salkantay trek. Great service🙂low price, good location

At first it was difficult to find and then we had some problems with the key and entrance. I was also scared to shower because it was electric. Then the second time I got a room, it was much better and the shower was great. So they do their best to fix the problems which can happen to anyone. The breakfast was very simple but the price is super low so it’s OK.

We stayed after the Salkantay trek and it was great value for money. The shower was just perfect, very hot and fantastic pressure. Beds were also comfortable! The staff is very friendly and helpful

I liked the room as there was a heater there to keep it warm. The bed was very comfortable power points a bit loose for foreign plug adapters

The floor was a bit slippery .they need longer shower curtain in bathroom as it goes all over the floor

We had a great stay at PAKARINA! When there were problems with our payment, they were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was also great here.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast. Beautiful, friendly staff. New building. Allows storage of luggage while you visit Machu Picchu in a locked storage room.

The hotel seemed to have specific booking.com rooms, which seemed to be the worst rooms (they get less money ftom customers). The window to my room faced an internal stairwell 1 metre away. It was on first flooor above the dining room and on the stairs so it was very noisy. I could not sleep well. Ask for a quiet room on a higher floor. I had no hotwater one day and lukewarm water other days.

Clean, the staff are helpful and accommodating.

There’s no hot water in the shower. Either they turn it off at a oarticular time and NOT tell you or they have a gallon maximum per day. I took all my baths with ice cold water.
