Located on pedestrian only street, close to the main plaza. Many restaurants within easy walk. There was a parade during our stay and we were able to watch it from the common balcony. Breakfast was good, with view of lake Titicaca from the 10th floor. Staff was super nice and helpful in arranging transport and helping with luggage.

The decor was a little dated. Our room had a strange layout, no shower curtains, bathroom floor will definitely get wet when you shower.

The room and hotel are very clean. The elevator comes handy for those staying in higher floors. The staff is extremely kind. Breakfast had a great assortment of options. We had partial view of the lake, which was stunning. There’s a bar (closed at 10pm) and also a restaurant (closed at 8:30). This was very helpful when arriving with children during dinner time. The drinks at the bar were super yummy!

The hotel is good located, near of a street with some restaurants and not far away from center. The bed was a king size and very comfortable. The room has a beautiful view. We asked for the laundry and they did it very well, the clothes smelt good and were also ironed.

The internet didn't work well.

The central location, close to many shops and restaurants, Plaza Mayor de Puno, and not too far a walk from the marina, was great. Panoramic city views from the breakfast room was a plus.

The windows aren’t soundproof, so prepare to hear noise from the neighbourhood in your room. The wireless internet connection kept disconnecting.

The staff was the best. They were very accomodating with our luggage, kept it safe before our stay, as well as arranged us an affordable transfer service to the airport. The breakfast was great, with many choices of food, savory and sweet, juices and a great view. The location was very central, with many good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Our room was on the sunny side, so it got very hot in early afternoon.

We had the suite; it was very comfortable.

Hot water seemed to run out after two person shower, making it hard to use the jacuzzi included in the room. Room originally beautifully done but then repair workmanship was shoddy.

1 night in Cusco. it is just next to the main street with many restaurants. it’s has elevator, we don’t have to worry about carrying luggage’s upstairs on high attitude. staff is excellently friendly, helping to reserve shuttle bus to the airport

Windows need improvement; could hear the noise from the streets (9th floor) Drivers in Puno are born with the fingers on the honk!!!! All night long!

Rooms are spacious, perfectly clean. The staff is very helpful. They gave us contact for a driver in the neighborhood. There are all needed facilities and the breakfast is great. I will definitely recommend it.

The staff was very helpful despite the fact we had some communication challenges. The room had a great view of Lake Titikaka and sunrise was amazing. Breakfast was lovely also with amazing lake views. Great location for the sites and restaurants.

Toilet smells of sewage. Wifi reception was bit spotty outside of the room.
