I really appreciated the comfort of the rooms and the quality of the service we received. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, and everything was clean. Both the showers and the toilets worked well, which added to the overall positive experience.

The location was a bit far from the city center, which made getting around slightly less convenient. Also, the TV had some issues — we had to go through reception to get it fixed.

It was great to wake up with a view of lake titicaca and seeing the alpaca's grazing the garden in the morning. Staying along the lake shore is definitely a good choice when in Puno. The hotel is a 30 min walk from the harbour or a short taxi ride away. The overall feel is a bit old-fashioned, but the bathroom was renewed and all the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious.

Breakfast could've been better. The restaurant is a bit expensive and could put more local dishes on the menu.

The room was beautiful! Amazing lake view, beds were super comfortable, bathroom was very clean and with sustainable products. Awesome personel! Also food was delicious, although they should have more plant-based products and lactose free options.

When I did the booking it said it included all taxes, I think Booking needs to add that other fees might be in place (the 18% surcharge I had, within the law). And I don't know if it was because of the type of change (but that much?) I paid 79,64 USD instead of the 74USD that appeared when I did the booking. But yeah, besides that amazing experience.

The hotel view of lake titicaca was excellent. They have nice garden area to sit outside and see their lamas and relax. Staff were so helpful when i wasn’t well with altitude sickness and they brought oxygen to our room at midnight. you could buy your own oxygen mask for 30 sols so could reuse if needed. The rooms was warm and comfortable : beds good with soft cosy bedding and room was clean. They were very helpful with airport taxi transfers and getting into pune town to pick up tours - cost was 12 sols, roughly £3. They have a good restaurant onsite with a wide varied menu. All staff spoke good English.

As guests get up early for tours etc maybe take ear plugs if light sleeper.

View of the lake. The garden with guinea pigs and alpacas roaming the lawn. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The food at the restaurant is very good, if a bit expensive for what it is.

Our room had a lake view, but was very noisy as we were directly above the kitchen and the restaurant. Breakfast was officially served until 9:30, but by 9 it was basically all gone. Breakfast was very basic. All the facilities were pretty old and you could see it. The water pressure was poor and it took a long time for the shower to heat up.

Smart hotel, location is a 20 min walk from the town centre but easy cab ride. Very nice garden/grounds with animals. Reception staff were good, as were the rooms. Might be worth paying the extra for the Lake view rooms.

Dinner in the restaurant was a mixed experience. My lamb shanks were poor but the rest of my group was happy with their meals. Breakfast was good.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. It is a walk to town or quick taxi ride. There isn’t much around the hotel but it has great lake views, a nice garden (with llamas) and lounge areas. The staff here are probably the best we’ve had so far on this trip, so professional, helpful and happy. The room was large, super comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, we took a lake view room and it was well worth it. We ate at these restaurant a lot, the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet included all the usual things with omelettes cooked to order as well. Highly recommended.

Our second stay had the same great views, and fun animals (alpaca and cuy) We tried dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it was excellent quality. They had bonfires each night and fire places throughout the hotel to keep you warm.

They gave us a double room even though we had a king room booked. They also didn't provide the same personal touches as our first visit. No notes and no small gifts.

The staff was beyond nice, Luis and Elis are two names that come into my mind but they were all so supportive. The hotel was clean, very comfortable, rooms with good hairdryer, nice lounge area with coca and muña tea 24/7. The view was so pretty, there is a nice outdoor area to watch sunrise or sunset with fireplaces for winter time. Breakfast was delicious and the day we left the city at 4am, they prepared a to go breakfast for us. It was easy and quick to go to the city center, the hotel can call a taxi for approximately 11 soles.

Nothing, the hotel exceeds the expectation.

To begin with, when you arrived they welcome you and help you by taking your luggage to the room. The stuff is very friendly and willing to help you. The place is almost 15 minutes from the center by taxi. If you get cold at night, don't worry because there is heating! Breakfasts start super early, which helps because the tours start early. They have a variety of foods and drinks. The best of all is when you have your coffee in front of Lake Titicaca. It is a hotel to which I would definitely return.

They should have activities at night and more Peruvian breakfast.
