Stayed with family, with a 4 year old kid. Hotel was really good, with a large garden where kid could play. Rooms were awesome. There is a bonfire service every night, where you get to sit around with other families, very nice. Staff was very helpful.

The main problem with the hotel were the dinners. Since the hotel is in Yanahuara (not Urubamba), it is not feasible to walk around in search for a meal. That means that you either dine at the hotel, or get a taxi to eat elsewhere. The problem with dining at the hotel is that (1) it is very expensive (bad price over cost ratio), and (2) it takes them hours to get the food served. The latter is critical if you are travelling with kids, as need to keep them entertained for a very long time until the food arrives...

This property is more like a resort. The grounds are lovely and the rooms are very nicely appointed. Our room was on the ground level with a bathroom to die for. It had double sinks, a soaker tub, and both and indoor and outdoor shower. All of loved this hotel and wish we could've stayed longer.

The location isn't the best for walking around the town but the resort provides a lovely restaurant and the quality of the rooms make up for this inconvenience.

One of the best places I stayed in Cusco. Super recommendable for relaxing and disconnecting periods. The staff attention, the facilities, the alpacas (yes! alpacas!), the view and the mountains surrounding the place were everything we looked for.

I compared to other offerings in Cusco and Urubamba and the restaurant offering could be better. For the prices we paid, I expected a much better breakfast (like andean bread, finding the plates and drinks refilled, or tamales) and more Peruvian fries (potatos) in our dishes. I had a higher expectation of the restaurant (of course if we are in Peru and in a 5 stars hotel). But I say this more as feedback because overall it was good (like a 8 of 10). Prices are bit expensive for extra activities, so prepare your wallet for that, worth it but a bit expensive. Anyway, you can find alternatives going to Urubamba town, in case you stay in Casa Andina more than 3 nights.

The hotel offers many amenities and activities for you to try so you don't have to leave the property to have a fun filled day. They have alpacas onsite and you can feed them, and they have massages and other cool activities to choose from.

The hotel is located a bit off the beaten path and there's not much else around it. Ollantaytambo, which is the nearest town, is about a 25 minute drive away. Otherwise, the hotel compensates by having things to do at the hotel which is nice.

The staff made this stay. Very happy and attentive. Javier in particular was great! We had booked the jacuzzi and steam room and without asking he came to pick us up in the golf buggy from the bungalow we were in. This was so welcome and a lovely surprise as we had a very long and tiring day and it was little touches like that that were appreciated. The open fire in the bar area was fab. Lovely to unwind with a cocktail or a glass of wine and have a meal there. The staff also helped us book a private tour of Ollaytantambo, Moray and Las Salinas. I highly recommend that trip. Very interesting and the guide was fun. It’s a fantastic base to acclimatise before Machu Picchu. Amazing trip all round. The gardens are exceptionally beautiful. How lovely when the gardening team also says hello! The staff have been through a lot with many tourists deciding not to travel. It’s so sad. Please go as they really do depend on tourism and deserve to be visited. You won’t regret it!!! The array of food at breakfast was great. Nothing you could have wanted that wasn’t provided.

All was fantastic

It is very beautifully designed with vast gardens and pretty chalets. Nice extras like local arts and crafts for sale, an alpaca to feed.

They play terrible and very loud music during all the meals, sometimes different tunes in different parts of the hotel. Some quiet pan flute local music would be much more appropriate.

The grounds of the property are absolutely stunning! We stayed in one of the matrimonial villas and it was fantastic, very big. The breakfast had many options!

The restaurant was not very good for dinner. The service was slow and food was subpar.

We stayed in this hotel for a week, and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are very clean and cozy, beds were perfect. Breakfast is great with lots of stuff. We especially liked the tea station offering local herbs. Also, 4 cute baby alpacas are visiting the area every day to polish the ideal Andean landscape.

breakfast was exceptional. varied food options. very rich. very clean. The hotel is very beautiful. clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. very relaxing.

the wonderful hotel but there is nothing to do around it. It is one more hotel to rest from the whole trip. Nice hotel but I stayed two nights and got a bit bored. I recommend that you do tours from this hotel and you will have a wonderful time since you will have an excellent breakfast and you can go on a tour and return to rest at the hotel. the staff has many tour recommendations.

We were in a villa and we had a tub , indoor and outdoor showers as well as a patio. We were really spoiled . The mashmallows campfire and feeding of Llamas were a hit with the kids. The breakfast buffet was impressive.
