We loved absolutely everything! from the moment the round door opened, revealing the incredible interior, our jaws dropped and we just didn't want to leave. very helpful and friendly staff who always join in helping with serving meals, be it in the dining room or in the garden. Absolutely amazing meals, lunch and dinner! They helped us organise day tours which were brilliant. Every corner and area you look at, simply takes your breath away. Love, love, love

What's there not to love?!?!?! Superb. We did know in advance the pool isn't heated, it would've been nice if it was, but didn't affect our stay.

We had a good time at Wifala. It is a really amazing space. It feels like living in a spaceship. All the rooms I saw looked nice, and all a bit different. There is also a lovely garden. I enjoyed the pool but was a bit disappointed the hot tub was not working. The food was excellent. The hotel is pretty far from town, with not much near it, but the staff did a great job of getting us taxis when we wanted to go somewhere, so it is still convenient for tours etc. Urubamba seems like a pretty ordinary town, not really historic and interesting like Ollantaytambo.

This hotel is has the most amazing architecture! You feel like you have stepped into the set of Alice in Wonderland. There are plenty of places to sit and relax or read. We felt that they hotel was in a very good location because you can easily get a taxi to the center of town (costs is minimal - less than $4). We really liked being away from the center of town.... nice and quite. You can also easily schedule tours to amazing cities like Pisac and Ollantaytambo right from this hotel. What sets this hotel apart however is the outstanding service. I have never received such amazing service like what was provided at Wifala. Frida and Rosa went out of the way to secure everything I needed even before I arrived at the hotel. Any questions were answered promptly. They arranged for our taxi transport from the Cusco airport and all of my tours. They have a list of excellent taxis and tour guides. We were especially pleased with all of the tours that were provided by Álvaro. He took us to all of the places we wanted to see. He was so knowledgeable and made every trip a wonderful adventure! Be sure to ask for him! The breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Maria and Josefina were our servers and they were so attentive. Rosita did a great job fixing delicious meals. The entire staff is wonderful!!! (Please note that they will ask you what time you want each meal and that they stop serving dinner after 8:30) Please note: You are able to have them do your laundry for a very reasonable fee. Their services are excellent! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!!!

All tours and cab drivers prefer to be paid in cash. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it is something you should be aware of. The sound proofing is a bit light but this did not affect us since we travel with noise filters. I would recommend the 2nd floor if you are more sensitive to noise.

The lady at reception when we arrived was so nice. I had forgotten my passport in our previous hotel and she called the hotel and arranged for a taxi to bring it! She was amazing. The food was top notch, best we had in Peru.. everything was super fresh the chef is excellent. Our room was huge.. beautiful warm and spacious and the shower was wonderful. Only thing I recommend is bring your own snacks as when the kitchen is closed it’s closed! Bring water and any kind of treats you need.

Breakfast was very limited, for example, only one small cup of coffee included. Why? At our much simpler and cheaper hotel in Lima breafast was a buffet, and you can take as much as you want from everything.

The hotel is beautiful and amazing, but it is very hard to get to. The road was not appropriate for the car we rented. If you want your Hotel to be accessible, you should have the road paved! You also should mention in your website, the issue of the road because what if we had tried to come in a taxi from Cusco? The driver may have rightfully refused to drive up the road... Also, what is the point of having and opening your pool when the water is cold? And the Jacuzzi is empty..

Staying in this hotel was an unforgettable experience! Urubamba is a great choice for acclimatizing, and the train station itself is a must-see. I highly recommend staying in this hotel for 2 nights before and after your Machu Picchu trip. Staying at this hotel was even more exciting than visiting Machu Picchu. The breakfast was rich and satisfying, and the dinner menu was absolutely delicious. The owner of the hotel was incredibly helpful in organizing our trips, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable. Every bit of the hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. You'll find yourself taking more photos here than at Machu Picchu! This hotel truly offers a unique and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

A really quirkily designed hotel; it's very comfortable with central heating in the bedrooms, which is really nice for cold evenings. The breakfast was filling and tasty, and the kitchen staff were very friendly - they spontaneously marked my son's birthday with a cake and sang "happy birthday" to him. There are lots of relaxing spots to sit in the garden. You can also do a really nice 45-min walk from the property up to a small Incan site in the hills with amazing views over Urubamba and the valley.

I loved this hotel. Getting to the hotel is a bit of a journey since it is off the beaten path. Ideally, to get to the hotel, you should catch a cab. Once you arrive, the staff is welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is whimsical and has such an excellent airy feel to it. The food was delicious, and the area was quiet and surrounded by nature.

- The room got a bit hot during the afternoon, and there were no fans. - The Internet in the room was choppy. I would get disconnected every 10 minutes. If you need to do work, this can be an issue. - Transportation is needed to get to the center of Urubamba if you do not want to walk for 1 hour. Transportation is about 15 Sol one-way, so for a round trip, you will spend roughly $7 - $8 USD.

Is a dream place, I think one of the more beautiful corners in the world, I enjoy every second’s, is a place full of magic and silence where you can fly out of space the arquitectura of the hotel is full of surprises I have the luck to be in different rooms and everyone of them have his on history, the luxury room with jacuzzi was real dream inspired and just fabulous, the artists that build the hotel is and amazing person is was always there to answer our questions with very much care and amazing spirit, was very difficult to leave and I wish I will come back soon thanks for so amazing experience

Very unique hotel in a beautiful location! There was a chill vibe with nice lounging chairs to relax and appreciate nature. The restaurant’s food was amazing, really loved the trout escabeche! Also, the yoga room was pretty magical. The owner/artist gave us a great tour of the property so we could truly appreciate the hotel concept. My room was so cool that I truly enjoyed every day of my stay. Very fast internet also!
