The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in a garden oasis with mountain views. The owners and their family made us feel very welcome on the property. Their mother even brought us cactus fruit to try from her garden! The rooms are large and bright, and the restaurant food was good. We travelled with my parents and my two children, and this was the perfect place to rest and relax!

Please be aware that the location is out of the way. If you are looking for night life and nearby shops, this is not the place for you. However, we booked transportation and tours directly through the hotel and we never had a problem.

Beautiful villa like hotel in the center of lush gardens. Very quiet. Clean. A wonderful place to relax. Food and staff excellent. Beds comfortable.

We had a private driver take us (family of six) from Cusco to hotel in Sacred Valley. Arranged it through this hotel. Everything went smoothly. You may have difficulty finding hotel on your own, as it is off the main road about 15 minutes.

What a pretty place! I didn't want to leave. Actually I extended my stay ;) Location is hard to beat, with spectacular mountain views and in the huge calm, pretty garden. It's so relaxing! They even have sweet alpacas and a llama :) Rooms are huge and comfortable. Personel is super kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

It is far out of the way - make sure you get contact details for a local taxi driver. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is a bit expensive and not amazing food.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting the sacred valley! Nice big king bed room with wonderful view from balcony of the beautiful property and mountains! The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed! Would definitely come back!

The breakfast is scheduled starting from 6:00am usually, but they started to serve us even at 4:00 am since we need to leave early in the morning, and it was great! The lady served us was really nice although we have a communication problem.

The location is a bit isolated, at the time when we were getting there, I was wondering how could a 4-star hotel be in this surrounding. But once we entered the gate, the garden gave us a big surprise! Neat and pretty!

Location was very serene. Large property with many walking paths and beautiful gardens. Dinner options were delicious, especially the trout ceviche. Buffet breakfast was limited but adequate and tasty. Staff were very accommodating. Great base location for tours in the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.

The place is amazing! Awesome laid-back atmosphere and great views, huge rooms with super comfortable beds and bathrooms, and the staff is INCREDIBLY sweet and helpful: we got to Peru during political unrest and they proactively proposed (!) us to stay an extra night for free with all meals included. Certainly great value for money, normally i would expect such hotels to be much more expensive

Room was clean, but shower curtain was old and dirty. Everything outside was spotless and beautiful.
