Everything except the breakfast!

The breakfast was atrocious. Anything that was cooked was inedible. We only had ate the fruit, juice and coffee. The eggs were dry. The other hot food was not appetising . It was by far the worst breakfast we have had in Peru or anywhere for that matter. We were hungry and went into town and bought breakfast. On the basis of the breakfast we decided not to eat there for lunch or dinner. Judging by how empty the restaurant was I figure a lot of others thought the same way. It is a shame that it is a beautiful property with wonderful staff that this has not had the management attention to address the substandard quality of the breakfast.

The landscaping/gardens of the hotel were gorgeous and relaxing. There was a friendly sweet cat. The breakfast buffet was good, larger with more variety than at the other hotels where we stayed in Peru.

Unlike some other places we stayed in Peru, this hotel did not offer any complimentary bottled water, nor was any available easily for purchase on site. When I asked at lobby desk, I was told I would need to buy bottled water at the restaurant, but it was the middle of the afternoon and no staff were in the restaurant. We ended up walking in to town to get water.

Beautiful garden, big comfortable beds and large rooms, very nice, friendly and efficient staff at the reception and shop. It's walkable to the city center and only takes 2 Soles for 2 people to go back from the hotel in case too tired to walk.

The breakfast is a bit limited. No possibility for other type of egg except for scrambled. Sometimes the bread are not fresh. Staff at breakfast are not as nice as the receptionists. The Menu of the restaurant is also rather limited.

Within walking distance 15mins from the centre of Urumbamba you will find this oasis of an hotel. The hotel grounds are massive and the beautiful all white hotel in grounds of roses , greenery and all sorts of exotic plants from the sacred valley are enough to take your breath away. I lost count of how many photos I took. The staff at reception accommodated our every wish to make our stay truly perfect - on our last day we had a late flight from Cusco and it was so perfect for us to check out later at the hotel. The food a la carte menu room service was delightful plus there are some small restaurants serving Peruana traditional food very close with a couple of minutes walking distance from the hotel. Totally recommend a stay here if you visit Urumbamba on your explore of the sacred valley or machu Pichu. With a view of the mountains from our balcony and the grandeur of the hotel - you just must make a visit here. 10/10
