The staff are so friendly, attentive and accomodating. They always love to help when needed. Comfy bed, pillows and comforter.

There were small cockroaches in the room. Plenty of them. I thought I saw only one. ' Killed it but when I arrived from my business meeting in the evening, I was surprised when I switched on the light that I saw again some roaches crawling around.

The receptionist was incredibly nice! It’s also conveniently located which is a big plus. The bed was very comfortable and the space to walk upstairs is rather spacious. The wifi was steady and fast!

The first glance might appear a bit cheapish. I think there could be some ways to make it more appealing and welcoming. Also the bathroom is really really small; Plus a bath mat could help making the floor dry quicker. Ohh and also, maybe a big and small towel might be nice instead of just a big one (for the girls).

The bed is so comfortable (I really like the pillows and comforter). The room is clean, and basic necessities such as soap, shampoo, toothbrush and hot water are provided. The building is composed of other residential apartments and there are dedicated bedrooms upstairs that are quiet for short staying guests. Very near restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. The building also has an elevator for easier access to rooms. No need to climb steep stairs when carrying luggage.

The security lock of doors. The property may improve by introducing secondary locks or chains inside the room. They could also place a small couch or a comfortable seating a bit far from the television so guest can enjoy watching tv and relax.

Its my first time to have a loft kind accomodation... Its okay... My stay was good. Twas near everuthing.

The room is more spacious than we had anticipated. There is room to walk and set your luggage comfortably. The bathroom is well kept, though once you shower, expect everything to get wet. The building lift is clean and fast, there is security so it felt very safe.

The bed is on the tiny side, so it's comfortable only if you don't mind cuddling at night.

1. although I could smell that the bath towels were sanitized there were stains and holes in the bath towels. 2. Not being clearly told about how often we could ask for a room service. We stayed 7 days and had our room service 2 times, under request.

Cleanliness, good ventilation in the room, quiet, stayed many days and didn’t hear the noise from the street,good mattress (we prefer a little bit hard), linen and bus towels were very clean although the bath towel appeared to be overused and had some holes in it.

Not being able to pay by credit card also the 1.000 deposit money

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Ive stayed again because i am amazed at the first time! But this time i am a little dissapointed...😢😢😢 The SHEETS are not CHANGED!!! Hair are everywhere! And pillow wasnt smell great... 😢😢😢 Good thing, when i called at the reception they immidiately change my linen. Also, the front guard wasnt helpful my luggage was so heavy he doesnt care to help me.😢

There was a roach in my room and some stains (probably old) on my sheets. However, staff got me a new room immediately
