Accessible and easy to find. I booked a room with free breakfast but the reception staff told me it wasn't included. Next day, they called us to say it was. TV remote was not working. They replaced but still wasn't working so we just left it. Very friendly staff.

not much options for breakfast, WIFI was not stable and it was unsecured.

I like how responsive they are to my request and their cafe serves good food too.

No deodorizer to our room and I see mosquitoes and little cockroaches and the AC is not sufficient for the room.

We loved the staff treat, always friendly and willing to help. The whole hotel is very clean and neat, and the Cafe in there has menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you don´t need to leave the hotel if you are hungry. They offer laundry service which made our stay easier.

We didn´t like much the surroundings of the hotel because we saw children and adults asking for money in every seven-eleven that you go and the streets were dirty. Regarding the hotel, personally I hated the air conditioner because it was too small for the room so it wasn´t enough to keep it completely fresh, and its position make it blows cold air straight to your head in the night, that was annoying. Also the lift wasn´t working so we took our luggage to the 5th floor with a lot of effort.

Good service, Clean accomodations,room are spacious enough,The staff was really helpful, friendly and very attentive to our needs specailly Ms. Quennie who patiently entertain all my concenrs and inquiry..lWhat we truly love about this hotel is when i heard the reception playing a worship/ Christian song w/c is very calming to the heart…what a wonderful sound to hear best way to start the day…

The only thing is the the airconditon, one of our friend who lives in New Jersey their room si quite hot but probably because of the aircondition location,..

It's budget friendly and has a cute resto and cafe at the bottom. The room was homy and spacious for its price. Location was also convenient given its proximity to convenience stores. Made my vacation worth it.

Cafe needed more in the menu, TV could be bigger and wished it came with smart features or atleast could accomodate the HDMI cable i brought with me, but mostly that's just it.

It was a quiet stay. It’s near convenience stores and one car ride from where I want to get to. I love the food they served for free breakfast. The staff are accommodating.

The food from their cafe is expensive. Besides the convenience stores and cafes nearby, no dining choices like restaurants.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everyone was friendly and super helpful, food and drinks were available from the cafe all day which was really useful with our 4 children! They helped us get laundry cleaned and they always made the room up with some water bottles and amenities. Nicely decorated for Christmas, lives up to its name! :)

A little noisy some nights as the top floor/rooftop bar seems to be rented out for private parties? To be honest it didnt really bother us though!

The room is so clean and also the bathroom, the staff are very accommodating, quiet place, perfect for relaxation, accessible to convince stores, drug store and restaurant.

The television broke on our second day, it's not soundproof enough.

I like the room and it was so cleaned. It's really good for staycation and very good staffed. I like the way the staffed treat us there and very comfortable to sleep and stay.

Small room and the food is not really tasty

Nearly everything was great.

The airconditioning wasn't very good but it was ok. The bed was comfortable but awkward considering it's two beds put together to make one large bed.
