My 7-day stay at Festive Hotel was an absolute delight. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Their simple, genuine gestures, from a cheerful "good morning" to always opening the doors with a warm smile, made me feel incredibly welcome and valued. ​The hotel offers fantastic value for money. The room I stayed in is surprisingly spacious, impeccably clean, specifically the pillows and mattresses that are clean and soft. I highly recommend Festive Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and truly hospitable experience around Makati and Manila area.

Breakfast was ok, but not much. It should have been better if it was buffe'. Kitchen staff were nice and friendly and courteous.

Booking.com did not deliver on time our already paid hotel reservation to Festive Hotel Makati. This created serious problems for our accomodation because we had no accomodation in the hotel at all. I had to pay the first night just so we can rest for the night. The reservation arrived in the hotel a day after. The hotel staff did their best to help us. But we had serious discussions about what happened. Not their fault absolutely.

Accessible and easy to find. I booked a room with free breakfast but the reception staff told me it wasn't included. Next day, they called us to say it was. TV remote was not working. They replaced but still wasn't working so we just left it. Very friendly staff.

I like how responsive they are to my request and their cafe serves good food too.

No deodorizer to our room and I see mosquitoes and little cockroaches and the AC is not sufficient for the room.

Overall we are satisfied with our stay here. They have P500 security deposit. The location is nice. Nearby has 7 eleven and eateries. You can use grab for taxi. In room has kettle but no cups. AC is easy to adjust and works well.

We stayed in room 304. It was by the corner WIFI was very bad and also data signal was very low which make our internet access very slow. In room doesn't have hair dryer as described in information about room.

We loved the staff treat, always friendly and willing to help. The whole hotel is very clean and neat, and the Cafe in there has menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you don´t need to leave the hotel if you are hungry. They offer laundry service which made our stay easier.

We didn´t like much the surroundings of the hotel because we saw children and adults asking for money in every seven-eleven that you go and the streets were dirty. Regarding the hotel, personally I hated the air conditioner because it was too small for the room so it wasn´t enough to keep it completely fresh, and its position make it blows cold air straight to your head in the night, that was annoying. Also the lift wasn´t working so we took our luggage to the 5th floor with a lot of effort.

We extend our stay during our situation. The same room wasn't available, so we decided to upgrade for a suit, which is nice. Inside has big smart TV you can also connect your phone and enjoy your contents. Bath hup is nice. There are still no cups for suite room as well. As we extend our stay, the hotel team helps us to transfer to our new room. Big thanks.

Netflix wasn't working

Good service, Clean accomodations,room are spacious enough,The staff was really helpful, friendly and very attentive to our needs specailly Ms. Quennie who patiently entertain all my concenrs and inquiry..lWhat we truly love about this hotel is when i heard the reception playing a worship/ Christian song w/c is very calming to the heart…what a wonderful sound to hear best way to start the day…

The only thing is the the airconditon, one of our friend who lives in New Jersey their room si quite hot but probably because of the aircondition location,..

It's budget friendly and has a cute resto and cafe at the bottom. The room was homy and spacious for its price. Location was also convenient given its proximity to convenience stores. Made my vacation worth it.

Cafe needed more in the menu, TV could be bigger and wished it came with smart features or atleast could accomodate the HDMI cable i brought with me, but mostly that's just it.

It was a quiet stay. It’s near convenience stores and one car ride from where I want to get to. I love the food they served for free breakfast. The staff are accommodating.

The food from their cafe is expensive. Besides the convenience stores and cafes nearby, no dining choices like restaurants.
