A nice guesthouse in a quiet area and a nice view from the balcony rooms.

On the first night we got a downgrade since our room was already taken and we slept in the 'Juniors Suite' which was just a small dark room with no view, only a concrete wall outside the window. It wasn't a big problem but since we booked a room with balcony and we only got a free coffee for compensation AFTER we asked for something was a bit of a disappointment. I heard about free upgrades but not about free downgrades.

I liked the spaciousness of the room, it was clean and had a nice shower. The hotel is very good located, not noisy or crowded, nice neighbourhood to explore. The Staff was very kind, helpful in every matter! We could leave our luggage there til our flight in the evening, they helped to organize a Taxi to the airport and gave good recommandations.

No dishes (except of cups, but without tea or coffee) in the kitchen, what made her kind of unnecessary. We had a balcony but no access to it (for the key you have to ask at the reception, which is of course not a big deal but impractical when you arrive in the night and don't want to go down again lol)

I stayed for a week and the price is pretty reasonable for its location. It’s new, clean and has the basic amenities you’d expect.

They don’t have a mini ref to keep things cooler. There was a space that I think was meant for it though. I also think it would help to have a small microwave.

Great staff, very gentle, young and always ready to help. The room was big and clean, with a a big bed and a wardrobe. The part with the "kitchen" was nice, with a couch, a little table with 2 chairs and a television. The position is good, there's a 7eleven near and walking for 3 minutes you can find a laundry, but even a bakery and walking just 5 minutes there's a Cash and Carry (it's a little mall).

As suggestion I say they could put a mini-fridge in the room, because Manila is so hot that you always need to drink cold stuff. And it would be nice to put something like a night table near the bed and a light!

often , there is 1 or 2 Mosquitoes on room , sometimes small insect . air conditioner, quiet noise , dépend of room . some room , enough stable good , some room , more noise .

I love the quiet location and the huge room.

I got sick because the aircon is directly facing the bed and I don't think they have cleaned the filter since install.

I like the proximity of the property to a mall. Neighborhood where property is located is quiet and peaceful. The reception is also a Cafe store, so I ordered drinks while waiting for my room to be prepared. They allowed early check-in as there was a room available. The room we were given was spacious. Shower temp can be adjusted.

I wish the AC is centralized since only the bedroom is cold. I wish they have more provisions for bath - soap should be separated from hand soap. Conditioner aside from shampoo was expected but alas it's only shampoo.

They do not serve breakfast, however it is situated near local eateries and a mall with their own restaurants as well and the hotel does serve their own pastries and coffee at their Estoria Cafe lobby.

The sofa in our suite was spring-based than mostly foam-based and when we got there some of the springs were already broken or missing and it made sitting on the sofa painful so we had to use pillows from the bed to at least cushion the entire sofa.

Very accessible to everything. Employees are very friendly and accommodating to my needs specially, the early check-in.

Air conditioning is only in the bedroom. I wish it’s covering the whole apartment. The fan is not circulating that much but it helped. I prefer not high condos or towers and they have a roof space access but didn’t use it.

We liked how neat the bed is and how neat the layout of the room overall. Though at first we wouldn't have access to the balcony but we didn't expect it to be just there locked behind a curtain and a door to it. But the door to the balcony still did provide a good view of the city facing west.

It has mainly to do with the bathroom. The bathroom air vent was outside the bathroom (would definitely help make the bathroom less foggy when using hot water than leaving the bathroom door open for the fog to be vented out quickly.), the bathroom's curtain was too high it can't help keeping the floor outside the shower dry. And the shower head's holder kept falling. (at least in our suite) Last thing is the sofa being made of leather-esque material but that might just be my preference.
