[Hotle and facility] The hotel is pretty new; everything is well-maintained and clean. The room has good space; you will find a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary water; enjoy them :D. I slept very well all night; the WIFI was quite strong. I was working with it, so there is no issue if you have to use your laptop. A.C. works exceptionally, it can be life-saving when you have 35 degrees outside, be aware that might be noisy, but you can regulate the speed of the fan; after I did that, I almost didn't hear the AC anymore but still enjoying the full refreshing feeling 😄 [Staff] The staff is amiable and customer oriented. They are super friendly, I arrived pretty late, around 4 am, and they woke up to allow me to check in; although the check-in time was way over, I still felt sorry for that. When I left, since my flight back was quite late at night, they offered to let me check out away later and enjoy the room a little more. Again, these little/big make a difference, and I appreciate it. [Location] The location might be a little intimidating initially, but it is relatively safe and easy to get around; It is pretty close to the business area of Manila; there are many street food vendors and restaurants. If you like to buy at the supermarket, there is a shopping mall 7 minutes away on a walk; you can also find other restaurants there.

Quite hard to find things that I like 🤔, but the staff does a good job, and for the first time in my life, I have to give a score of 10.

After traveling around the world the past six months, this hotel is without any doubt the best hotel we've ever come across when it comes to customer service. We could check in early, and got a free upgrade to a much bigger room because it was available. The room was super nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The bartender made very good food and drinks and was very nice to talk to. And the best part is the GYM! The best gym we've ever been to at a hotel ever. And the day of check out, when we asked if we could store our luggage at the hotel while we were at a tour, we were allowed to keep the room until we came back from the tour, free of charge. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

My wife and I stayed here my last few days in Manila and could not have been happier with our stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure all needs were met. The bed was the most comfortable that we slept in for the entire trip and the shower was heaven as far as the water temperature and pressure. The bar/restaurant at the top of the hotel was very relaxing as well. There is also a mall walking distance away. Literally this place checked every box we had for our short stay. My only regret is that we didn't book it earlier.

There was literally no reason for complaints during our stay here. Superior accommodations for a great value.

I saw this place literally come together and I can say that Alex and his team did a very good job. It’s beautifully done. Every nooks and corners are well thought of. Alex and his team paid attention to details, ensuring that every room is equipped with “the essentials”. Dental kits, hair dryer, microwave oven, coffee maker, safety deposit box— even an ironing board, they have it! The bed and pillows are so comfortable, they just wanna make you stay in bed all day! There’s a gym for when you wanna squeeze in a workout and and a quaint rooftop bar for nightcaps. The location ain’t bad either. It’s nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the grocery and to the Business district.

Outstanding hotel! Super luxury at very reasonable prices. From the moment we pulled up out front, everything felt 5* and high end. The shower was the best we’ve experienced in any hotel. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and luxurious. Everything seemed brand new and worked well. Complimentary water in rooms as well as water dispensers on the main floor and gym. Very nice Nespresso machine in the room for coffee. Slippers, toiletries, safe, plush towels, ironing board, microwave, kettle - literally anything you need is probably in the room or the front desk will help you get it if they can. Restaurant and bar on top floor with great bartender and tasty food. Also close the airport. Highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing!

The staff was so friendly and professional, we had nothing to worry about, the check-in was easy, the staff directly took care of our luggages and had prepared some delicious homemade tea for our arrival. The room was perfectly clean, everything was brand new and the room and the bathroom were so comfortable. It's the perfect place if you need to stay overnight near the airport, in a quiet neighbourhood before or after taking your plane. They have a beautiful and cute rooftop with a gym and also a bar/restaurant. The staff there was amazing, they even offered us a cocktail. The next day, we had our plane a bit later in the afternoon and they nicely let us stay in our room after the usual check-out time, it was very convenient. If you're travelling from Europe, you'll be astonished by how Filipinos are welcoming, especially at this Residence. Everything was better than we could have expected!

This is a hidden Gem in Makati amazing location, very quiet, clean, a very well maintained facility with modern fittings, amenities and accessories. The gym is fully equipped the rooms have an espresso machines and they give 3 capsules every morning. If you are a coffee lover you will understand why this is a big deal. They have a rooftop bar, Rustic Rooftop bar, there is a bar attender by the name Jerome, his cocktails are a must have, heavenly!!!!The owner Alex is a very attentive and caring host, he goes out of his way to ensure all his guests are comfortable. I liked everything.Actually everyone was so nice and professional.The owner was very down to earth,he even carried my luggages into my room at the 4th floor.He was so accomodating and toured me around the gym and bar located at the rooftop.The lady in the reception was so polite and courteous.She's always there to open and close the door for everyone.Aside from her good values,she is cute and absolutely gorgeous as well.Overall,the hotel is awesomely perfect in any way...i even overstayed.I will surely recommend it to my family and friends.

Perfect hotel at one of the best parts of Manila. Great location without street food at 300 m.- no smell at all, and NO noise... (as you may already know, the philippines' national tool is angle grinder, and they start using it at sunrise every day. I think they must add it to the national flag!) Highly recommend it, not only for transit sleepovers, but for long stays. Very clean and comfortable, built with passion and attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the owner, ooo man, great guy! There is a gym and a rooftop bar with a good view of the city. When we speak for details, even the whiskey glasses are Glencairn! The hotel is new, and i think if they keep this quality of service, it will be a must place in Manila. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels but this was one that stands out! It had everything we needed and more, an iron/iron board, coffee machine, the most delicious welcome drink, incredible new gym facilities (the best we’ve seen in a hotel) the owner Alex and staff were incredibly welcoming and accomodating for our stay (especially since we mixed up our booking and told them 2 hours before we arrived) the hotel is modern and incredibly clean, comfy bed and hot shower. Exceeded our expectations, we will definitely recommend and stay again Bridget and Josh (@bridgeandjosh)
