Perfect location and cheap.

Location was good not far from Ayala Avenue . Staff were friendly and there was a lift which was good .
Air conditioning was far too strong and there didn’t seem to be any control in the room , it was a case of just turning off by taking out the plug.No lights on rooftop terrace as far as I could see.

Staff was very confused about payment and insensitive despite the fact that I'd just been robbed. They kept me up late and woke me up early going over the same questions, and then turned off the electricity and water despite we'd agreed that the booking was paid by card thru booking.com.

We arrived at night and the room wasn't ready. We had no toilet paper and towels in the room. Quite a weird place, not very helpful staff.
