Clean room and excellent staff members. I appreciate the a/c and refrigerator. Microwave was available upon request. I stayed 3 separate times during my visit in Makati and they were so kind to store one luggage for me which I did not need for my other trips outside Makati. Cash and Carry store is walking distance so I can purchase essentials and eat at the food stalls. Near airport and central Makati business district.

The shower in the bathroom in 506 was not efficient. It did not really warm up comfortably. Then it would suddenly spurt very hot water then turn cold. The walk to cash and carry was not pleasant. Sidewalk was used by vendors so pedestrians have a hard time walking on the it. Smell on the street was bad.

We stayed in Artemis for 2 weeks at the beginning of January. It was a great place to stay and was amazing value for money- top class accommodation for anyone staying in Manila. Prime location, walking distance to convenience stores and a mall nearby with decent food options and ATMs. Check-in was very easy with the help of the lovely receptionist Joanna. Payment by card (or cash) upon arrival and they assist you with anything you need. Entire area looks just as advertised, plenty of space and very clean. The cleaners do a great job everyday. Its designed aesthetically with vibes of both a 4* hotel and a modern home, the staff service is like a 5* hotel. They also provide basic needs and daily cleaning. Quick dry-cleaning service offered optional for an extra charge. Room was very big and well equipped with a big comfy bed and blackout curtains and a balcony. Safe area to walk around outdoors and accessible for Grab rides, close drive to the airport and places like Greenbelt. Many thanks to Joanna, Bianca, Menchie, Ronny, Asun, Alvin, Jensen, Ara and Marlon. They made our stay a wonderful experience, would definitely book again on our next visit. Highly recommended. You wont be disappointed

Specifically, I love the pleasant staff, they are an asset of Artemis Place, they never a little hesitate to serve to their best to make the stay comfortable. I wish to take this opportunity to appreciate the exceptional service of Front Desk, MENCHIC, BIANCA, & JOANNA, Housekeeping, ASUN, RONNY, ALVIN & ARA, Security Guard, JENSEN and Maintenance, MARLON.

The intermitent wi-fi, I did requested to the Front Desk and Maintenance staff to feedback to the top management to invest on it. The key to the rooms could be improved from physical key to key card with interlock with the power of the room.

The bed was quite comfortable, I got extra extra towels and hand towels on requests. The room temperature is great, and I can control the temperature to my liking. The room is made every day unless I advise there is no need for it. My room was spacious for the price compared to the number of hotels I stayed in in Europe. The staff are very attentive, helpful, and super friendly. They don't hesitate to help and guide when asked. Everyone is a delight to know, and they are all unforgettable. I definitely recommend this place to any one that has a 5 star service with a lesser cost per night compared to a real 5-star hotel.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a mall 5 minutes by tri ycle ride from the hotel with numerous restaurants that offer local fare.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff is very professional and friendly. Location is walking distance to cash and carry so lots of choices for meals and shopping. I highly recommend.

The outside surrounding structures are not too pretty. It is not the downtown commercial Makati but more of a residential with mom and pop stores. However, the rate is right for the clean rooms and the hotel building looks good.

The staffs are amazing. Bianca, Joana and the great Jon Jon (Jenson). The make this place alive. Amazing customer service. The place is very close to airport and the road is not busy so you won’t hear vehicles noise at night. This was so good booked another 4 nights.

The staffs, location and one bedroom multi apartments are hard to find in Manila but they have it. Real value for money and great human touch with excellent staffs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Manila. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. One of the best aspects is the location — close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and perfectly situated place to stay in Manila. Would definitely come back!

The staff were super friendly. The hotel was quite closed to a big mall where there are numerous restaurants and retailers. The location is quite safe as there are security guards that man the doors and were ensuring that the surrounding area is safe. There is a small restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast, etc.

The room is a bit smaller. Had a hard time getting the body shampoo to drip out unless you take it out and squeeze it yourself. Water doesn't drain fast enough when taking a shower and there were ants crawling in the sink. Also, there is no fridge in the room.

Artemis is one of my favorite hotels in Manila, great balance between price and quality. Always clean and comfortable rooms. I always stay here at least one night when I go to the Philippines, which I have done at least one time each year, over the last 5 years now. I think that says it all. Highly recommended!

The only thing that would make it better would be a swimming pool. But it's not really a big thing in Manila. If you want to swim, it's much better to go to a beach anyway!

The staff were definitely accommodating and going beyond their way. They've accommodated all our special requests effectively. They are all polite, competent, and considerate. The location is close to a mall, church, hospital, and establishments. Will definitely book this place again.

Minor though. During the first day, the sink was clogged, but they were able to fix it quickly. The extra bed was not as stable. We had to request to have it placed directly on the floor. They might want to invest on good extra bed structures.
