The service from the staff is exceptional. They are friendly and helpful. They even took the time to wait for us so that we can make use of their free shuttle going to MOA. The room that we booked is spacious for a family of 5 even good for 6 people as the sofa is comfortable enough to serve as a bed. It comes with option for breakfast for 5 people. It is near CCP, Century Seafood Restaurant and Harrison Mall.

The tub should be provided with an anti slip mat. We suggest additional hooks in the bathroom so that we can hang bath towels, change of clothes, and toiletry kits.

I like that they have a family room option for 5! especially for a family who likes staying together in one room. Food was good. Very homey and simple. Recommended for families who would only sleep in one place and explore around Manila all day. The staff, very accommodating and kind. 💖

The wifi's connection was ubstable. The TV in the family room could be a bit bigger, and could use an update too for online streaming. Nevertheless, everything else was good. Walls are a bit thin, you could hear the doors creaking in the other room, and moving furniture upstairs, not the conversations tho, if you're curious. The AC was a bit loud too. In general, it wasn't really bothersome for us.

The hotel staff could not be more accommodating. Extremely helpful. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was like a one bedroom apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable. The have a small pool, but I did not swim during my stay. Fast elevators.

Their restaurant was terrible. Very limited choices for a buffet breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu did not exist. When I went to lunch, I was told by they had no appetizers and no salads, even though their was a good selection on the menu. They only had one soup and only one sandwich. I spoke to the manager and was told their were problems with their suppliers. The hotel was pretty booked. every time I went in and of the hotel, I did not notice any customers during lunch and dinner hours. I understand why Very sad.

Love the pool area. So peaceful and relaxed. The hotel itself is perfect to getaway from the busy city even your in the city. The trees surrounding the hotel made it more you're outside the city proper.

I did not get the right bedroom configuration. They provided 2 single beds instead of a standard queen. It was stated in my booking for couple of weeks. They had plenty of time to reserve that room for that day. There was no notification from the hotel staff. I was surprised when I opened my room. And there was no option. They said the hotel is fullybooked. I just can't sleep when there's another empty bed beside me. It gives me the creeps. So I called my friend to accompany instead. Apologizing will not suffice if it's the hotel's mistake.

Value for money. The 2 Bedroom suite was just nice for a family of 4. The location is nearby public transport - LRT1, jeepney and cabs.

The wifi connection is weak in certain areas. The toilet fixtures need to be replaced - black and yellow stains give it an unclean look. The television in the suite is not Smart TV.

We had a wonderful 3N4D stay. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with a convenient location and incredibly friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I was also pleased that they accommodated my request for a window view. Booking was a breeze with their hassle-free online system, and check-in was quick and efficient. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I liked the vintage feel of the entire hotel. The staff was accommodating, helpful and the stay was overall pleasant. They were understanding for the delays in our checkout given the issues in the area (Aliwan Festival caused traffic).

The refrigerator buzzed on an hourly timing and with cups on top of it, the glasses clinked every now and then. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was also broken. The curtains were a bit hard to open also. Wi-fi occasionally disconnected. None of them were particularly bothersome in general.

We have stayed here many times when transiting to other locations in the Philippines or SE Asia. The setting is charming, rooms are comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This time there was no offer via booking.com to include breakfast. We were disappointed with this as it increased the price of the entire stay. I think “breakfast included” is a good marketing strategy.

Everything from the location, to the wifi, and the room. I didn’t much enjoy my stay ‘cause I was busy with my graduation. But would definitely stay again.

The TV isn’t working that much, I had to go infront of it and click harder the remote so that I can switch channel. I hope they can add youtube or netflix, too.

It is so clean. The room is huge with all appliances working well. The staff were very polite and ready to help with anything. They were very cheerful and kind.

The wifi in my room is not that strong, but other than that the stay was worthwhile and great.
