Stayed for 2 days and 1 night in this property and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described—perfect for a short city stay. The host was an absolute darling— accommodating, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel extra welcoming. The space is perfect for solo travelers, but also ideal for families since the property is spacious and comfortable. One of the best parts is the location: it’s close to the airport and just a short distance from major dining spots, shopping malls, and entertainment centers. Super convenient! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and hassle-free stay in Pasay. Would definitely book again!

This unit was very clean and well maintained. It has a clean smell, with no artificial perfume. It's just clean. It's a really good deal compared to hotels, which are 2-3 times as much in this area for a similar quality. You just can't expect free maid/concierge service from a condo rental during your stay. For example, they expect their guests to follow the house rules, like taking out their own garbage upon checkout, to maintain that cleanliness. It was very clean when I arrived, so they obviously clean the unit thoroughly after you leave. The bathroom is large and clean. The linens and sheets are all high-quality cotton. As with most condo rentals, this does not include maid or concierge services, but they actually do have friendly on-site caretakers (Ate Baby and Ate Nene), who helped me with my check-in. Most of the other condos I stayed at in the area are very basic, but this one has a really elegant design, and premium furnishings. I had a really great experience overall. The owner communicated and followed up with me from the time I booked the unit until I checked out.

The place was close to major dining, shopping and entertainment centers. The place was extremely neat and well maintained. The landlord paid great attention to detail (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, etc.). There was a caretaker on the property who can be easily reached and was only too happy to answer any questions I had.

Only one pillow each. Perhaps a charging station. We were hard pressed to find sockets for our device chargers.

The pictures for booking made the room more spacious and inviting than the actual room. The extra bedding for the guests was not proper bed for what is advertised, there's extra charges for towels even though it was booked for the right number of people, they did not provide the right number of towels, there's extra charges for extra thicker blankets for the sake of laundry.

Transparency of what room we're actually getting.

The host is not customer centered and inconsiderate. The admin permitted the hair and make up artist of my daughter for her oath taking to enter the unit for 2 hours but the host declined them when they are already in the lobby. I texted the host but I did not get any response. I texted the admin and I did not get any response. It is good that there’s available room in the same building and we were accommodated by another host. This really is very inconvenient on our part. I am a loyal customer of booking.com and my first time to encounter an inconsiderate, inflexible and non- replying host. Hope not to encounter the same host in my next booking.
