The bfast is not included in the package. About the location is very good we love it so much overviewing the Manila Bay that makes me and my family feel so relaxing.

The cockroaches

The place was quiet and comfortable. At first, I was afraid that the sofa bed in the living room would be uncomfortable, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Two of my friends slept in the bedroom, and I slept on the sofa bed in front of the TV. It was very good. The place is clean, the bathroom is also very clean. You can also adjust the water temperature to whatever you feel comfortable. The building also has a swimming pool that's free for guests, but we unfortunately didn't have time to use it. The hosts were super awesome. The water spray in the toilet started leaking suddenly, so I called the host. They immediately came and fixed it. No issue after that.

The washing machine is good but we didn't see a dryer, so we didn't wash our clothes. The view from the window isn't great: it's just the city.

This is an affordable apartment, small but adequate size for 2 adults and one child. The pots and pans were too small for use and we did not appreciate Teflon coated frying pans that were worn out. Cristian the manager was very helpful and when we had problems was on top of the problem. When the electric socket was not working he told us how to reset the switch, the rice cooker was not working and he was prepared to replace the rice cooker. Cristian also told us the pool was being cleaned out on Monday. The swimming pool was big, there were showers, a sauna and gym. All fully working and good quality.

My wife's pillow had an unpleasant smell, The pots and pans were too small for my wife. One socket was not working to cook ing utensils, it only needed pressing the reset button, Cristian sorted it out. Rice cooker was broken. No bar, no restaurant. Far away from restaurants, the surrounding area is not good for me.

The room offered everything one could expect. All that was promised in the description was available and in good quality. The internet connection (Globe) was the best I ever had in a hotel room. The swimming pool was nice, the water was good, and the pool was very well oriented. Even though it was surrounded by high buildings, the sun could still heat the water.

The only downpoint was the reception downstairs, the moment of the arrival. The person sitting at the reception desk was no help whatsoever. It was asked to call the agent that would handle things, but in the hall of the building there is no reception for mobile telephones. One has to go out all the way, a walk of 250 m to be able to make phone call. It took us almost an hour to get in touch with someone. On the other hand, there was this nice young man who came immediately after our call; he was very friendly and helpful. Once he was there and showed us the room, the perils of the waiting were very quickly forgotten, and we had a wonderful stay.

Very nice studio - clean, comfortable, well equipped. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed. Efficient but not noisy air conditioning.

Very few eating places close to the property (not the property's fault, obviously, but detracted from the overall quality of the stay). Woken up by an unsolicited call from reception relating to the removal and pick-up of bedding from the previous occupants left by mistake in the washing machine. Floor caretaker was already aware of the issue, so there was a need for better communication among the staff. At least the floor caretaker was apologetic later.

The room was very tidy and well presented. The furniture and space in the dining, living and main bedroom was very good. The TV picture quality was excellent and was easy to use and sign into apps. The WiFi signal was very strong and was easy to connect. The kitchen was functional and well equipped and I was particularly happy with the high quality non-stick ceramic frypans and cookware. The service from staff was excellent. The owner (Dan) and the hotel staff (Christian) were both extremely helpful and always available to assist us with speed,competence and pleasure. There was a problem with the air conditioner in living area when we arrived, but when we reported the issue, it was resolved as soon as possible by Dan and Christian. The location was also excellent and was easy to get to the Intramuros, Plaza Rizal and SM. The room was very comfortable and we will definitely stay there again next time we go to Manila.

The 2nd bedroom was a lot smaller than we expected but was still adequate. The mattresses on the beds were a bit too soft for my preference.

- The location was great, within a 15-minute walk to the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) where my business conference was held. - The facilities were excellent, including a washing machine for my laundry, so I didn't have to do it when I got home. - An iron and ironing board were also provided, which was very helpful. - The WiFi was great, with no issues loading online movies.

- The air conditioning was a bit noisy but bearable when set to power-saving mode. - The shower room had slow water drainage, causing minor flooding after each shower and taking about 5 minutes to fully drain. - The receptionist on the ground floor had limited understanding of English. I faced a problem with my GrabFood delivery, where only part of my order was delivered. When I asked the receptionist for the international code number and if I could use their phone to call the restaurant, they barely understood and were unable to help.

We came as a family of 5. I love how the staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially at the front lobby. Great sea view. Great value for money and was decently clean. Close to the airport. They do ask for your ID to be sent as a security purpose before you check in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very muchly and felt like it was home.

It was rain season, so couldn't really enjoyed much of the pool side when we were there.

The Radiance Manila Bay Hotel is a comfortable Living Place, within Manila, a City where you are surroundet with lot of poor people. This gives a mixed feeling. On the one hand, you have a lot of comfort and security as a foreign visitor of this City. But the people in your direct neighboorhood have nothing from this, what you have there in this Hotel. A plus will be the Air Condition in the whole Appartment of Raidiance Manila Bay, but unfortunately NOT at the floor, when going to the Appartements. When you book an Appartment with kitchen, this is also a big plus, because you can buy basic food in the convinience Market direct at the Hotel. The Room Space feels very comfortable. The Service from the Employees is from very very good - to "okay". It depends, which Person you ask for a favour.

Radiance Manila Bay is truly a gem! The location is perfect—close to everything yet still peaceful, offering a stunning view of the bay, especially during sunset. The building is well-maintained, modern, and secure, with top-notch amenities like the pool, gym, and lounge areas that make daily living feel like a staycation.
