Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise ☺️ The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family. The owner of this unit was really attentive when we had any questions through viber. She responded our Qs promptly. The location of the condo was superb, close to the famous local attractions, grocery stores, malls and restaurants. The pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers.

I had an amazing stay! The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The room was immaculate and exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay. I initially thought it was very near SM Moa so I was a bit disappointed but the location was convenient since there is a 24hour convenience store on the ground floor

Accessibility. Many ammenities available tho we did not get to enjoy it as we were only in the area overnight.

If you're a party of 6, like us, don't bring large suitcases as you will find it hard to make space when opening ot.

The location was good and central. The building was accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly. There's a continence store where you can get almost everything

A bit cramped

The transaction was so smooth and the owner was very accommodating. We had a problem regarding buying tickets for the pool but they were easy to contact and they were able to find a way. The unit was clean and cozy plus it is very accessible. It also has complete appliances and utensils which is great if you want to cook your own meal. The rooms were spacious as well and there were towels and guest kits when we arrived.

I like the place it’s so accessible to every where you need to go. I need a place near PICC and MOA and it meets my standard. The owner was so accommodating and kind. Would love to go back next time. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very good and the equipments on the apartment were also ok. Also the lobby and the whole house looks that someone take good care for that all.

There was necessary every day pay one the office in the lobby for swimming pool using. On the night a lot of homeless in the park near hotel.

The place was spotless! The location was very ideal, walking distance to world trade center where we have a convention to attend to. Host was very responsive. Facilities were all working aside from the heater but it is fine. Overall it is highly commendable.

I suggest they provide drinking water for their guests.
