Big Rats and cockroaches are everywhere. The disappointed part is the curfew time 12 in the midnight until 5am. I paid 4night equivalent to January 11-15. Late chick inn due to my midnight arrival from davao to NAIA. I messaged the facility a day before. But still I arrive 3am in the morning no one can accommodate and open the door no one can answer my calls . I paid from January 11-15 I arrive January 12 3am. Curfew time is not presented before I booked the whole stay. “A BIG SCAM “ to travelers I waited until 5:30am but no one can check my bookings and prepare my paid rooms. my Big mistake to choose this place. Unforgettable!!

The one who assisted us to our room upon check in and before we checked out was nice. The other girl seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She told us to park anywhere else even if it was outside their building perimeter. My god.

There were cockroaches. There was also a sanitary pad inserted in the gap between the wall. They did not clean the room! Yuck! No towel or even a face towel. No sheet or even a thin sheet for a single person. I doubt if they even clean the pillowcases and the bed sheets. Tho they didnt smell bad. They should have just charged lower than 1k for a night. It's not value for money compared to others with the same range of price. We waited 1 hour before a receptionist could assist us to check out. No one was answering on the 4 cellphone numbers they have. Main door at the lobby was open at ungodly time without security guard of sort. Very bad customer service.

It was cheap with its own toilet, spacious enough. Easy access to transportation. It looks like safe neighborhood

It says there were towel, but when I asked for one the staff tried to trick me in giving a new and clean one, by folding the clearly used towel. There were cockroaches. When I entered the room, there were stains in the beddings that looked liked it was used already and wasn't changed. The blanket smells like it was pooped by a cat, nasty smell. The rug was too dusty. Overall, poor hygiene. watch out 🙈

very very small room and you cannot move properly, no wifi and no table, a lot of cockcroach running around inside the room not in good hygeine, no towel available. not ideal for hotel travellers. sorry to say this one but is not my intention to destroy the reputation of the hotel but im only sharing what i exactly experience during my stay.
