Awesome pool. Owner and guards on duty were very accommodating.

Very clean, all requests were settled quickly by Joan and her team. We did see a roach in the first room and were relocated immediately by her to another flat which was spotless. The building itself is well kept and protected. The pool area looked very clean as well.

To get into the city the location is not optimal. Walking almost impossible, walkways almost non existent. For moving within the city we used tuktuk, jeepney or grab. Fine for us, but you need to be aware of that. The kitchen is small, but ok. Only the kitchen hood is not working as it should so we alarmed the security by frying an egg. Good news is they are looking after any suspicious movement in the building.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location couldn’t be better—it's just a short walk from the event venue we were attending, making everything so convenient. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We even asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel while we attended the event after checking out, and they happily accommodated us without hesitation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay, especially if you're attending events nearby. I’ll definitely be back!

The place is really near to PICC so it's really convenient for us to go to the venue of the event we attended. The staff are really nice and accommodating including the owner, Ms. Joanne and her niece, Stephanie. The apartment is quite small but it's really new. Overall, we had an amazing experience staying at Jk Coastal Inn. We will surely make a booking for our next year's stay.

I just fried the left over rice and the security guard knocked on the door to check on us. Maybe because a smoke was detected coming from our room? After that, we never tried to cook again. Also, there's no washing machine.

very nice apartment clean and modern facilities inside Netflix on the TV hot shower with good water pressure and a flush toilet downstairs is a ATM machine and a alfamart the building itself is very posh throughout and the host was very nice and helpful and the location is perfect for anything in central manila I would stay here again for sure

Joan was a very good host,,very smooth checking in at 2:30 am,, and easy to check out,, very good communication,,and the unit was very nice clean and cozy

Not quite ready for European guests: only three adapters from asian to euro chargers, and kettle and hairdryer use euro as well. Plus you need to somehow support you chargers for them to connect properly with adaptors (we used books and box from the teabags)

Ms. Joan, the owner, is really accommodating and helpful. The room is very clean, which I liked the most. Smells good and huge TV with Netflix. The view from the balcony is relaxing and astonishing. I would like to come back again and this place is recommended!
