All the staffs including the security guards are very kind & courteous. Fast check out procedures. The room is clean, bed & pillows apart from being clean are comfortable.

1. TV is small and hard to operate. 2. Lotion is not scented. 3. Air conditioning is not functioning well, I was awaken between 2- 3 AM and it was hot. 4. I think, the quality & quantity (choices) of breakfast served can still be improved in terms of value for money. But overall, in terms of experience, on a scale of 1-10, it's a 6, but for your staffs & security personnel, a high 8 is what can give. Thanks.

Loved the staff. Loved the location and loved the spacious room in general.

The property is getting a bit old, therefore needs some renovation. The hot water in the bathroom was an issue. I had to call for assistance twice, but the helpful staff fixed it for me. I wanted to order room service and called the number, but no one picked up. then I called the reception and then told that the staff are busy and that they will call me. No one called, so I had to call back and this happened a few times. Finally, the staff at the reception took my order and then the food arrived in a few minutes.

Food menu is static. It would help if some nationality specific options are introduced e.g. indian.

In General everything was as expected as have stayed at hotel in past many years ago. Breakfast buffet was very good and waiters attentative.

Previously on my visits there was a welcome fruit basket in room this time none provided TV in room limited English channels for news

I was not so sure but do you believe in ghost? Because my daughter found out that someone took a picture on her phone and no one was there except my 2 daughters sleeping.

Staff were friendly. Room rate was good. Amenities were okay. Free parking was appreciated.

Wifi was very slow, almost non existent. Rooms and other areas need to be refurbished and updated because they look and feel old.

Need dress code just to eat breakfast. One cannot enter the food venue if they were wearing sleepers or sandals. Need to wear shoes. We were stopped on the front door for wearing sandals. They said we need to wear shoes.

Excellent hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms, with nice views. Staff were plenty and all of them so efficient and helpful. I was there for a conference at the PICC which is quite close. I will surely stay there again. And again.

During my stay, the hotel staff delivered outstanding service, going above and beyond to meet my needs and make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and tidiness.
