First and foremost, due to my flight schedule and the traffic they allowed me to do a late, it was gracious and helpful about it. The location is strategic. Despite its price point, the room is sufficiently equipped and comfortable. It's not a bare room. You don't have to bring your toiletries. You'll get towels and the toilet has toilet paper and handwash. The shower has shampoo and body wash, too. The room is clean.

It was very close to terminal 3 Airport which is what I was looking for. The price was good, simple room in a busy area where you could find different food options. Internet was really good.

No warm shower but it was so hot in Manila that it didn’t really matter.

- the owners were really helpful - the possibility to do laundry - great restaurant Sauce Chef just next to the object - also the shop 7-Eleven was beside - good wi-fi signal - clean - lots of shampoo and shower gel to use - free drinking water downstairs

I like all of it. I am planning to go back this July with my family. Wifi good. Updated television. Big and comfy bathroom with free bath soap and shampoo. Clean bed. Free coffee and cold water. Isn't it amazing. Kudos to the owner and staff. Thank you. 😊👍

I like Jcp because because vry convenient for me near airport walking distance you dont have to worry about the traffic . The room was ok very nice bed have aircon tv and cr very comfortable for ts low price. I will definely back again highly recommendable

We upgraded from a fan room to an Airconditioned room due to the recommendation of the owner. The room we got was so comfortable and convenient!

Better than expected. Great value of money. Easy access to airport (terminal 3) by foot and to our suprise - very lovely and live neighbourhood. Spent a nice evening there! The building itself is old but clean and provides all essential facilities. Owner is nice. Good wifi, hot/cold water and coffee, silent area. We managed to check in earlier without additional fee.

This place has been our go-to location with friends every time we'll attend events at SMX. The air conditioning is nice and the place is a value for money if you're just in for a quick or long stay. Got amenities we need such as iron etc.

Lighting could be better. For us group of friends with eyesight problems, staying in dim light is a little struggle. Also, the Ironing board and the iron can be changed for a better one.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was also clean and comfortable. Bathroom is bigger than we expected. We had a nice stay ✨
