Well located 10 minutes walk from the Manila Airport Terminal 3. MC Donalds 2 min walk from there. 24/7 reception so fitting to any flight schedule. Free water, tea and coffee, good A/C.

The linnen on my bed was dirty with holes. So I slept on all layers and used the top cover as blanked... room was okay, but not super clean.

We stayed there for only 1 night as it was near T3 terminal of Manila International Airport and we had to catch a flight the next day. This hotel was the most high tech hotel that we stayed in Phillipines (we stayed in 4 different hotels across 11 nights). Finger print lock/unlock of main hotel door, smart TV with YouTube, fast internet and futuristic high tech toilet seat which you get to see in Japan. Bed were comfortable and the cooling was nice. We had a good sleep. Both the staff during the night and morning shift were helpful and very hospitable.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making it easy for our next-day layover.

There's a traditional market nearby, which, for me and the kids, seems a bit chaotic and messy.

The receptionist who welcomed us in the morning was incredibly kind and helped us check in early after I mistakenly booked the wrong date. We were exhausted from a long layover, and he quickly found a solution, providing us with a comfortable room. The bed was cozy, and the shower was spacious. The location is excellent if you’re using Grab, just 15 minutes from the airport.

AC wasn’t very powerful and WiFi couldn’t reach our room

Great little hotel for a night before flying. Close to the airport. Area not wonderful but we found somewhere to eat in the town. Would recommend if you want somewhere very reasonably priced for a night as it is close to the airport.

This hotel was very close to the airport. Just a bit over a walk so you need a taxi. To get the taxi I reccommend walking over the skybridge upstairs of Terminal 3, across the road and then downstairs to road level. You wont be waiting for a cab at all, they are streaming by constantly. This beats waiting so long outside arrivals of the airport. This hotel was very cheap and the rooms are a little small, however was an oasis when we really needed a room at late notice. The concierge was very a helpful to call cabs for us the next morning. Its located in a little bit off the main path. Just keep in mind this is what I would call a 3-star hotel....its quite cheap but has few extra features and not the best surroundings....so dont be expecting tennis-courts and pools etc

The neighbourhood is a little run down and I wouldnt wander around at night from the hotel. This is just great for a nightly crash

I like the location. Walking distance to a nearby convenient store(7/11) ,market place,eload store ,salon,pharmacy and fast food store(mc donalds).The staffs are nice and very accomodating.The room is nice and comfy . No lifts but the staff is helping you with your lugguages so no need to worry about it.

The water in the shower is weak.The door lock they're using ( deadbolt lock if im not mistaken)the way I use it is a bit weak and im not sure if that provides much security in case of break-ins knowing tha location of the place is a bit crowded with neighboring buildings,busy streets and stores .

Excellent value for money and short drive from the airport as we had a connection early the next morning. Room was clean, A/C was excellent, complementary water and good storage. Breakfast was good, check on and out was fast and they help with the bags (no lift). I'd only recommend this for airport proximity stays as it's too far to be practical if you're visiting Manila - but for our purposes, it was great!

You may have read other reviews about the enthusiastic cockerel on a next door roof. It's true! As of Nov 2022, its still there. Didn't bother us as we knew to expect it and we had ear plugs, so if that might disturb you, remember to bring them! Also not a criticism but be aware it's a fairly quiet residential neighborhood and so there's very little in the way of shops or food options.

Room is small but clean and decent.

If you are picky of a hotel's location,this may not be for you. The hotel is in a residential area with small roads and crowded areas with a mini wet market nearby.However,if you don't mind and just after a hotel near the airport this is for you.There are no elevators for this is just a three-floor hotel. I suggest there should be double locks both for the front door and the back door going to the balcony.

This is the second time that my sister and nieces stayed at this property. The first time was when they are applying abroad and this time was the flight date. The room was spacious and clean, the staff are very helpful and the location was great specially for travels wanted to stay near the Airport.
