Two opinons because had to change rooms. First Opinion: At the RedDoorz, the price was great but the room not so much. The bldg was formerly apts with a balcony outside your window shared by many rooms. If you value privacy, you really can't open the curtains because guys go on the balcony to smoke. Bed was firm. No local TV, but had Netflix and YouTube. Small room. If staying here, choose the "suite" toward the front of the building: roomy, fridge, firm bed, and street view. Daytime staff superb! Second opinion: At UrbanView (run by RedDoorz) where I was moved due to the internet down. This room was great! Plenty of space, privacy, a balcony, and firm bed.

At RedDoorz: room was small, no fridge, and I even slipped an fell coming out of the shower because the tiles are so slippery. I caught myself on the lip of the shower, but my elbows are still sore from that fall. Be careful in bathroom. One temperature shower. Common balcony outside (inaccessible from room). At UrbanView: room was large with private balcony, but still no fridge. Also, no local TV, not even Netflix without an account. Only YouTube. One temperature shower, but adequate. Small sink and mirror. Price 50% highter than RedDoorz.

Reddoorz exceeded my expectations - the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Strong WiFi, friendly staff (they even took my bag to the 4th floor due to no elevators), drinking water provided. And very importantly - no cockroaches (my previous hotel had had them, so I was very happy with this hotel's cleanliness)

In the bathroom, the shower didn't drain properly and would need to be unclogged. Also, the hot water boiler seems to work in bursts - there's hot water for a minute or so, then it turns off and gets colder, then turns back on. I didn't love the neighbourhood it was in, felt like a place to watch out more than in some other parts of Makati. But despite these things, I enjoyed the Reddoorz hotel stay a lot and would recommend!

Staff is amazing! They will do everything they can to accommodate you! Location good, Jeepney always available. Convenience store right across from the front door. Firm bed, table to work from, ext. cord for laptop. Given my preferred room with every reservation.

Toilet problem, addressed and fixed. WiFi down too long. Very strict with guests. Only YouTube on TV.

sheets and towels appear clean and fresh, location is near to my places of interests and business, accessible to public transportation, staff are helpful and friendly, 24-hr reception, easy check-in and out process; shower pressure is great

had to take stairs to the third floor; the smell of the room when you first enter is quite suffocating, had to leave the door open for a while to let the smell put and get the airconditioning working.

i used to live nearby and im quite familiar with the place. Its really close to several major destinations such as ayala and pasay, a jeep away! the place may not have the same amenities as a proper hotel but if your business there is just to sleep as you go about your day, then you are set. I guarantee evangelista is one of the safest place you can be at.

the shower drain was clogged for the most part of our stay, and i am one who loves my baths. By the time you finish, youre feet is still flooded up until your ankle. Hope this gets resolve as some guests might not like it.

Location for taxi to airport especially at night. Only within 15 min to arrive.The staff are quite friendly. Facilities are enough for a traveller.

1. Drainage in CR is not working well. 2. It took a night to clear the water for shower. 3. A bit noisy in morning by street. 4. No TV programs to watch.

It's located in a good area, near the Russian embassy. The room was good yet small. It has an air conditioner, but it's a little noisy while it's working. It's a good idea to stay here for a couple of days, but not for a long time.

My room was on the third floor and didn't have an elevator, so if you have luggage, it isn't easy to bring it there. My room was small. A bathroom is small too. Yet a bed is big and comfortable. It doesn't have sockets for the EU adapters.

It was a good staying in Manila, very close to shopping mall and with all the comforts of a house, fairly clean even though it could have been better! Staff was real nice and welcoming and efficient enough to sore everything out for us! I recommend this place if you are in town

Starting with the staff.. they were excellent. went above and beyond to help us on numerous occasions and always greeted us with a smile and a "hello sir". The rooms were exceptionally clean and the free water was a life saver. Even came back for the last night after our travels.

It's Very clean we stayed very safe and comfortable 🤟❤️ The staff has a good service 💞💞💞
