The location was great, not far from terminal 3 and 1. The staffs were accommodating and friendly. The room was tidy and comfortable, love how big the bathroom was and bonus points for the hot shower. The foods were delicious and decent prices. They have a shuttle service, just call ahead of time for pick up and drop off, it is better to take it rather than the airport taxi that charged us 1,550 Philippine pesos for 7 minutes drive. Overall: It was worth it!

The property is very near edsa. Check in was fast my room was located at the end of the property where Wi-Fi and cellular wasn’t reaching me I was there for work I had to go to sucat that’s why I stayed here it’s a closer commute my meetings were there. One day my signals were on and off and I needed to book a ride motorcycle I had to use the Wi-Fi of the hotel and when I booked the Angkas rider said are you Joan Bancal? I said what ? He repeated his question are you Joan Bancal? I said no I’m not can I see and he showed me the name on his app was Joan Bancal I opened my app and saw the name was Joan Bancal I was shocked I said my phone got hacked. So I told the motorcycle rider where is the pick up point and where is it going he told me it was going nearby so I said yes that’s my booking but I’m not Joan Bancal I’m MJ he said ok so it was my first scary experience of my phone getting hacked I really don’t use public Wi-Fi or hotspots but that time I had to and it happened in this hotel which I’m not blaming anyone I know it’s not their fault also it was just a scary experience for me because I had to look at my phone and until now my app is changing always to the same name which I think I have to contact the app about it I’m pretty sure it’s a bug in the app that got in. To correct myself it’s joy ride app and not Angkas and to be fair with the hotel . 1) hotel is great it’s a courtyard hotel 2) food is available for lunch breakfast and dinner3) Theres. Fleet of suvs you can rent to get to the airport and it’s very near mall of Asia and the train. 4) aircon and bed is good water is good, sometimes Theres a pungeant smell in my room like feces and urine. Sometimes there isn’t. I stayed here for 6 days. It’s a good place and I would recommend it just put a hotspot security on your celphone.

The staff were very professional and took good care of me. The receptionist gave me a free room upgrade, I only booked a small room for one person, he gave me a bigger room for two persons no extra charge. The people who answer the phone are very professional and courteous. They like their job. The person who delivers food was very approachable, polite, courteous and efficient, same with the cook. Everyone was awesome! The cleaner was polite and courteous. He assures me that everything was clean and freshly made, the bed, the comfort room, the tissue, all new. The room and the bed, and the comfort room are clean. No bad smell. They gave me an extra tissue roll for free. I just paid 1180 for everything - my stay was very worth it. check in is 2 PM check out is twelve in the afternoon.

I just hope that they have 24/7 food bec. it is inconvenient to buy outside. I hope they sell toiletries like feminine napkin, alcohol, toothbrush and toothpaste. And I hope in the future they have more food choices.

Given location in Pasay, off EDSA, very quiet room. Airport T3 simple short drive. Shuttle Service is very useful and good. Breakfast simple, but had to order all breakfasts for stay on arrival! Good variety of choices for simple breakfast with egg and rice.

Room service was only available if you ordered in advance, you could not just call at say 3pm for a snack. Even if it said room service 6am 9pm. Mattress had a definite dip in the middle, maybe needs replacing? No in room services - fridge, cups, kettle etc

We always choose this place to stay especially if we need to go to Metro Manila. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The facility is clean and spacious. Internet connection is good. Working from home is never a problem. Food is great too! Thank you so much!

Staff are very helpful and correct faults fast, please inspect the room to make sure light bulbs and Aircon are working OK, we reported 2 bulbs out next day and replaced immediately, aircon was making some noises and that was fixed too. The transport company at the same location, which is part of the Christian cooperative that runs the hotel, has good prices, new white colour vehicles and helpful staff , airport is P350. This is a quiet, secure location , and has a filipino breakfast selection, not western It also has only low cost sachet coffee paid for separely. A water jug and cups are provided for collecting hot or cold at reception. Therea are also good massage chairs at reception for P50 for 15 minutes. The only external downside is that the traffic congestion on the local highway at EDSA is incredible, like the rest of Manila and noticeable worse than 4 years ago before the Pandemic. The Philippines is definitely on the move under the new Marcos administration with rapid changes. The old Jeepney is about to disappear. Internally the hotel has a a few things requiring replacement like the ventilation fans in the enclosed bathrooms. The name tags that staff used to wear have also disappeared. In summary , a basic quiet hotel with good security and helpful staff. The associated transport company is definitely a plus. God willing , this is a hidden gem, that is gradually improving itself, a unique experience in Manila. Dont let taxi and tricycle drivers fool you by pretending they dont know where it is .. They do !!

Very accomodating staff even tho we arrived at the property at 11pm. They have variety of menu to offer including light snacks. They got a huge lobby and masage chairs! 🤝 Hotel's location is perfect for our itinerary. Its near the Victory Liner terminal, walking distance (ideal if you would be travelling to Baguio, like us) Also, near the Bus stop/terminal if you are planning to travel to Cavite/Tagaytay (like us). Take a grab to MOA and pay less 200 pesos. Also, its few meters away from main highway.. Distant enough from the busy highway (got the silent place to stay), yet near enough to take a walk for jeepney and bus rides. 😁 10/10 for us!

Small but Clean Hotel , The hotel has slippers which is very rare hotels in the Philippines. Cable channels and sitten area. The hotel offers transportation to the airport which comes handy because my flight was early morning.

Location to airport. Value for money. Large Basic room but with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower and good AC. Sockets a bit old and tricky for connection. V friendly and accommodating staff. Super quiet for the centre of Manila. Great neighbourhood to wander around.

Only concerned with the location, as one time the alley going to the hotel was used by neighborhood kids as a volleyball court.
