A bit dated and their breakfast needs improvement.

The manager and staff listened to customer’s request. They provided excellent service experience. The hotel is near NAIA terminal 1 and has the things you need for a night’s stay. It’s an old hotel, but they maintained it well. Their breakfast buffet’s price is reasonable. Dinner buffet is like P499, very reasonable compared to other hotels that I stayed.

Nothing I don’t like. I stayed here in the past. It’s a great place to stay. The staff members are helpful. They have parking in front of the hotel.

It’s very accessible, clean and friendly staff.

The room is small, no microwave, no fridge.

Pasay location now doesnt offer much to western tourists and probably isnt a good choice for most, there is nothing much to do for 4+km so will need taxis. Area is safe but its very local and can seem a little rough around the edges. The room I had was basically a single so a little cramped. Safe was not operational or secured to a wall so no way to secure valuables. Breakfast was average.

On a normal day, there are lots of taxis and Grab shuttle from Manila airport. But we arrived at exactly the midnight of New Year’s Eve! We waited for a long time and only thought of calling the hotel later. So, we decided to call Kabayan hotel where we would stay and the operator named Sandy answered and helped us arrange our ride. He was able to give us the contact number to Erik, the driver, and he immediately picked us up using the Skyway! They saved us from sleeping in the airport. It was a learning experience that during the holidays, better to arrange your shuttle.

Nothing that I did not like about the hotel. It was New Year’s Eve in the city when we arrived. There was not that many shuttle. A lot of passengers were in line for taxis and Grab shuttle. We waited for a long time.

Me and tatay stayed at room 586 on sept 11 just for one night, maaga ang flight namin sa pag mamadali ko nakalimutan ko yung 18k gold ring with 3 diamonds in the middle on the bed after putting lotion on my hands, i got distracted and forgot to put on. I did not realize until we got back to the island of Siquijor, the whole island was affected with typhoon and we did not have electricity. So i just called the hotel today and they said they did not find any ring in that room, it is impossible na di nila nakita yun, sa pag tangal ng bed sheets Syempre mahuhulog yun. I hope the one who found it will return it is very important to me. When you run hotel business, you neel staff that you can trust loyalty is very important.

The place is good as usually, I keep coming more often and I know why. The central possition of the place, cleanliness, cosyness and new building. Escalators working, hotel room has everything that´s needed. Allways clean, I´ll keep coming.

There is a hudge space for improvment on check-in. The process is allways too long, tiering and waiting time in the line on the reception has been allways critical and creating bad first impression of the place. This way I´d like to invite the management to do something with the bureaucracy system that puts heave on their guests shoulders way too often!

the staff were very prompt, friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and very clean. i only stayed for one night but from what i could see, all areas of the hotel were clean.

only a very minor thing- samsung tv had built in entertainment provided by the hotel. it included movies, tv shows & music etc. however navigating the system was a bit challenging. almost might be better off not having it and just having the tv on it’s own. i wasn’t able to connect to netflix and so i resorted to what was on offer. but the movies kept cutting out about halfway through.

The room was small but nice and clean. The breakfast is very limited. It caters for Filipino very well, but it does not Cater's very well for foreigner. The choice of food is very limited for foreigners. The location is very good and convenient, close to the airport.

The size of the room could have been bigger. you have to request a kettle. The room was small and there isn't any chair to sit on. The last couple of times we have stay at the Kabayan we at to ask for the staff to sort out the tv. There were some technical issues.
