Stayed at Stone House Hotel Pasay for 6N / 7D, in double-bed room with private bathroom (USD 37/ night, incl. of all taxes). Great location - 5 minutes walk from Taft avenue station on MRT3 line, and 2 more mins to EDSA station on LRT1 line. Free wifi in lobby, & free wifi in rooms. Youtube, Netflix, Prime, on smart TV in room. Hotel provided iron in the room. NAIA Terminal 3-to-Hotel took 30 mins in rush hour. Hotel-to-NAIA Terminal 3 took 8 mins on a Sunday. Thank you to Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Jennifer, at the front desk. Can be considered a 2-star or 3-star hotel.

Room size was little small - but understandable for the budget rates. No laundry service - but there is laundry that does wash & dry 1 minute across the road (15 items for PHP 200, in 6 hours).

over all it was a very convenient stay for 3 nights... from the staff, to the food, to the accommodation and cleanliness of the place as well as the location - most especially, the vicinity itself is a red flag however, the management of the hotel ensures major safety of the guests ... they even accommodates special requests such as room transfer without any additional cost ... this is the equitable meaning of a budget-friendly stay and yet satisfactorily provides the basic needs and necessities... i will definitely recommend this place and I will be a regular guest from now on ... thank you very much for making may stay as convenient as it should be ... see you next time Guyz ☺️

The rooms were nice, shared bathrooms we're always squeaky clean and my stay was very good here. The staff was what really made my stay. I got a nasty foot infection in which all the staff and the owner of the hotel got concerned with and tried everything to help me. People in particular was Liza the secretary, Primo (which I think was his name) in particular helped me in the stressful time. The security guard called Fernado told me where to go regarding my infection and even sorted out transport to the locations I had to go to! He kept me company and made sure everything was okay with me. He got someone to get me supplies from the pharmacy the following day as I couldn't walk far anymore. Now I can travel back to Europe safely with clean medical supplies and I can't thank him enough! Yes my stay was amazing but it was the staff that really made my stay at the hotel! Will definitely return!

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. FROM THE GUARDS TO THE KITCHEN STAFF, THEY WERE KIND AND HUMBLE.

The room was small (the space in the photos looked big, but not in reality). The bed was small. No toiletries except for 2 small soaps. That's it. The airport service wasn't free. The restaurant was not clean (uninvited little guests were crawling on the wall and on the floor). Although the food was good. The front was smelly.

Me and my wife stayed in this property for 3 nights and all I can say is, this is the BEST place to stay in, if you are finding a comfortable, and excellent service to stay in. I personally want to thank sir FERNANDO, their very friendly and accomodating security guard, make us feel safe, also miss LIZA, miss JOMERLYN, ang ma’am GRACE for making our stay very comfortable. The location of their place is a strategic location near airport terminal and they also offer us shuttle car straight to airport terminal 3 for a cheap price, so our travel is efficient. Very affordable, decent, clean, accessible (to the airport and surrounding food chains and convenience stores), easy to book (thru booking.com; we paid at the hotel), safe, staff is accommodating, facilities are functional. They got shuttle cars and serve good food at the hotel. Shout out to Kuya Balong🤗 who prepared our sumptuous breakfast. We booked a quadruple room (4pax) for only around 1600p, with free breakfast the next morning 😉.

I like the location which is near to Baclaran and NAIA which is also near LRT1 and MRT stations. The hotel is clean. Room attendants Angie, Banjie, Charlie and Primo were friendly in serving us. Booking was very easy and payment upon check-in was convenient and safe. We extended our stay for 2 days and it was very easy too.

The sidewalks near the hotel going to the train stations were dirty and messy due to the vendors and homeless people staying there without toilets.

With the price we paid, it met with our expectations. What matters most with our stay was the staff very polite and respectful and very helpful. For me, no matter what problems you encounter with your stay, if staff are very kind and respectful, problem will not be a problem. They were so helpful. I need to send a box of fruits to a friend. I was thinking of taxi to have it delivered. But the very kind security guard advised me to get lalamove which is more cheap. That kind of gesture is kindness. Kasi sa iba Pa yan, Wala na silang pakialam. But they extended and helped me. The taxi service of the hotel is exceptional especially with the price. You can’t get any cheaper than that anywhere. The driver who is also the owner of the car is so kind. I needed to buy medicines on our way to the airport. He was so kind to pass at a pharmacy. That’s pure kindness. Thank you

I have been staying for years now in Stone house, this is probably a suggestion to enhance the stay, bed sheets could be much cleaner and new, toilet seat cover was missing from the room. Complimentary water and coffee for the first night would be nice for guest repeaters.

All staff were friendly, especially the day shift security who remembers me always when I come to stay and greets me welcome back.
