Free breakfast is the reason why i always stay in Urban travellers and also their ameneties like swimming pool, restaurant, karaoke, pool bar on the roof top of the property. And of course their rate/ night is fair enough which is nice. Good staff as well, if you ask their help they will provide you if they can.

Their guest room, I think they need to repair. Not to much bad but I’m looking their room before, way way back when my first time to stay in this hotel under “Shogun” before, It’s clean and newly repaint their walls.

Fast WIFI, excellent breakfast - they are so hospitable, they especially cooked a TJ hotdog for my husband when he requested it for free. Huge space, we got the 2 floor room. Very close to MOA and requesting a grab ride is so fast.

The bath is broken, bathroom needs to be updated. It took speaking to 3 people to book the shuttle service, the 1st 2 said they booked it and when I tried to confirm with the 3rd receptionist, seems like it was not booked and just imagine the hassle if I did not confirm it as our trip flight was early. Drinks room service took an hour to arrive and I had to follow up to get our orders. Seems like there is an issue with the reception in this hotel.

Room ambiance, cleanliness, approachable and helpful staff. I also like the pool when we used it last night. It is also quiet and there are free toilettries. hot/cold shower is also working fine.

The internet connection is weak. I think serving the food before 7am is good however, sometimes, it is not good especially when the guests slept late the night before. So maybe you can ask the guest if they want to serve the food earlier that 7am. But overall experience is good :)

I like the kind and approachable staffs. They are always polite and ready to assist. I also like the location because its near a laundry shop, food establishments and supermarket. The hotel have resto bar and swimming pool which are relaxing. Overall, we are really satisfied with our stay in the Urban Travellers Hotel.

The staff are superb for their courtesy and diligence. Location, food, and the value of your money are just great. I also super like the 'no tipping' policy of the hotel. Thanks heaps

Not all parts of the building are air-conditioned. It's so hot when you get out of the room.

They accomodate us for early check in (almost an hour early) without charge, I think as long as the room is available for us.

The place is good to stay especially if you have international flight. These are the issues they should fix: They should have hangers to hang clothes and clothing iron. They should restock shampoo and conditioner everyday in each room especially if they know they stay for more 1 day. For us we didn’t want to bother asking so we end up using our own shampoo and conditioner. They should also put extra toilet paper. Other than that, the room for the price is fair.

The staff, are all amazing ..they are all polite and accomodating from the checked in by steph, and checked out, bellman, security , waiters from buffet breakfast.

The building is bit old and need renovations. Our shower is rusty and not so clean.

It is near LRT and MOA; We have 3 beds for the whole family; Toilet and Bathroom are separate; Many lights in all sides and corners.

When I request for drinking water at 5am on the 25th, the man who delivered gave 4cups of hot water that I tried to carry it all at once but the water spill on me and I had burn on my arm.. I was expecting bottled water since thats what we saw on our table when we enter our room.

I like the breakfast overall.....But I preferred hard boiled eggs instead of overeasy type because of oily...thank you.

AC is in good condition. Loft type is impressive. Mirrors ang nice. Bath tab is nice. Hot and cold shower is working Swimming pool is nice. Staff are approachable Clean room Accessible

Space of the hallway. Price is high. Sauna is self operational. It will be nice if you have common area also for wet sauna.
