Very friendly and accommodating staff providing Manila travel advice and allowing me to leave my big suitcase at the hotel while I travelled through the Philippines. Comfortable bed with nice duvet. Working AC. Clean and spacious room. Located nearby the airport. Plenty of eateries and convenience stores at walking distance. Availability of a water cooker and cutlery in the room was a plus for me.

The room would have been even more complete with a mini fridge. Shower quality depends on the room, I had a nice powerful hot shower during my second stay while it was weak and lukewarm in the first room I had.

the property has its own balcony or if you want a terrace. we stayed in bought but we preferred the terrace quiet and private. the staf was very helpfull in any way they can. the property is not verry far from LRT station, just a few minutes walk or you can take a grab surely recommend it for those who’s on a tight budget.

what I don’t like about the property is the stairs. and that the bathroom is flooding every time you take a shower. the staf cant do anything about it it’s just the installation of the floor tilling.

Very clean. Some utensils in the room. Air conditioning worked fine. Tv okay. Was close enough to the airport. Taxi brought me right there for about I don't know, 1200 Phil Pesos? Probably could have gotten cheaper but reasonable if you're from the USA.

No hot water for the shower. Either that or I didn't know how to use it. No elevator. Had to climb four stories of stairs with baggage. Good thing though. A young man downstairs who was eager to help.

big spacious room and ideal location for errands in Makati and Pasay. Friendly people and allowed me to check in few hours early than checkin time which is greatly appreciated. Good value for the money.

My room is on the 5th floor so going up on stairs is a challenge for fat people like me 😀🤣 i didn't expect elevator for the price i am paying so i was okay with it. Perhaps if you have trouble with stairs and high floors, just ask them to give you a room in the lower floor upon booking.

Very clean small hotel. Staff friendly. Neighborhood a bit dirty with car parts shops and garages (not hotel's fault though). Nice coffee shop nearby with air conditioning : Sobresa. Easy acccess to downtown by Jeepney (about 15 minute ride for 13 pesos). Hotel calls GRAB for you to get to the airport at any time day or night : 250 pesos more or less.

Room is spacious, clean and well ventilated. They had it down to basic necessities,well, except no small fridge/chiller in the room which is basically needed to cool your drinks if you want to venture out humid balcony or pacio on top😁

1.The absence of fridge, would have like to store yogurts and drinks during the stay to avoid keep going outside to buy more 2. Water pressure for shower is less. If stowed in, the water can barely reach you at half a meter distance. You can take off the shower head and hold pit closer to you but I'm the type to use both hands in cleaning and let the water come to you at distance😆

We had an issue with our backpacks, that were left in Coron and the lady at the reception, Mik Mik Jonota, was very supportive in helping us with the airline, she even offered us to use her phone to stay on the line with airline customer service for 3 hours until they delivered our backpack at the hotel. She was simply amazing! Also the security guy was very helpful in managing the situation

The place was clean, peaceful and reasonably priced. The standout would also be the wonderful staff in the premises. Both the AM and PM shifts were all smiles, helpful and very proactive. The place is also located in a good place, near a bank, 24hr convenience store and eateries. I rated facility 1 point less just because I feel the heater in our shower could improve as there was no heat from it but overall its a great place to stay. We wouldn't mind staying here again when we come back to Manila.

None - everything was great

I like the room size. It was super clean plus came with a kettle for coffee. I had no windows which I like because it drowns out the outside noise. The smart tv actually worked. The best was amazingly comfortable. It came with plenty of seating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was very local but manageable. the bathroom was super small and had a smell to it. I'm sure it came from the pipes. Ok. So the biggest issue is the noise from the air con. There is an air con on the floor above me and when they use it the water from their air con hits my air con and the water drop is super loud inside my room. So basically you have to deal with dripping water loud noise.

The location was near in Pasay and Taguig. Also, there are a lot of foods nearby and a mall also for shopping. The room was big and clean. The staffs were friendly.

The time I travelled was rainy season. I was located in the 4th floor so I need to use the stairs since there was no elevator on the hotel.
