Both room and shower spotless. I had requested in advance and was granted a quiet room on the opposite side of main artery road towards the river. All receptionists smiling and very helpful. I really liked the colour scheme of the room. While minimalist, it was quite airy, soothing, even cute. It was perfectly accurate to hotel photos. Easy to get to from Bydgoszcz Główny station (taking the tram no. 5 and getting off at Balticka tram stop after a 17-minute journey, then about 300 metres going back; just watch the hotel from the tram on your right).

Very clean and quiet, staff was friendly, interior was spacious and interior fittings were quite new. Price was moderate. Neither cheap nor expensive. So overall good value for the money if you expect a comfortable stay with basic amenities.

Far from the center, but well connected with a tram, so ok. A good quality coffee machine in the lobby / at the reception would be ok within the standard and price range. Also, the price for the dog is 50 zl / night, but was not stated in the price conditions, which is not OK. The price was non - negotiable and as such it MUST be stated openly and upfront, so the customer knows what they need to pay without an inconvenience of investigation into the matter.

The room was very clean and warm with all facilities working correctly. The location was very good with several tram routes passing the hotel and direct links to the city centre and coach and train stations. I cannot comment on the breakfast as the bed was so comfy that I never managed to get up in time to sample it.

The staff are very accomodating and service are available 24/7.

Breakfast is ok but it will nice if more variety to the breakfast are available.

We had a great experience at Hotel Silver. The best part of our experience was that the hotel is pet friendly. Location: The hotel is right between the Brda river and Park Balaton. In addition, it is next to several markets and restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location - it was a perfect place to stay with our dogs. Room and services: The room was clean, warm and comfortable. There were additional towels, toilet paper, and toiletries in the bathroom. There was also a safe, a kettle, tea, coffee and creamer in the main room. Even though our hotel room was on the first flour and close to the road, the noise did not bother us. Reception: people at the reception were extremely polite and spoke excellent English.

It did not bother us that much, but keep in mind that the hotel charges additional fees for each pet. They stated it on their page on Booking.com, but one may not notice it right away.

Access to the hotel wasn't easy to find and building nextdoor was like form horror movie lol
