Everything, it was lovely and cozy, the best room that we have found in Poland this far. More than enough space for us and at the same time it didn'tloose the charm, bathroom was great. During the heat wave, working conditioner is really needed and there we were able to regulate ourselves.

The fridge was working, but wasn't cold. Maybe there is a lift, didn't looked, but this might be a problem for older or disabled people, if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

The hotel is close to the city center and the room was very comfortable, with a big bathroom and was carefully arranged. The staff was so kind and let us leave the car parked (40 zloty/day) for a couple of hours after check-out..

They do not have the elevator, but it was not a problem😅

Cozy, comfortable hotel. Parking at the hotel is available. Parking could be a little cheaper, but the fact that it is there is good. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. I recommend this hotel!

Some noise from other rooms was present at times.

The girls at the reception were really nice and smiley! This is a big plus as it makes you feel welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It is situated in a great location with a tram stop just down the road and a huge shopping mall only a few minutes walk away.

Room was very nice - clean, comfortable, and great air conditioning. Staff were all very nice and responsive. Breakfast exceeded expectations!

Only thing i could list would be lack of elevator -- if you have a hard time climbing 67 stairs, don't get a room on the top floor. Otherwise, absolutely no issues or complaints.

The room was nice and comfortable, quite large. Many options for breakfast that of good quality.

The wifi on my floor was not working, I used the wifi for the lower floor and everything was fine.

Quiet. Safe parking on premises. BKF was excellent.

At night the coffee is not complimentary. 😳👎incredible. Next morning, Not even good morning. Straight “you got two lattes”. 🤭. I knew that. 😵‍💫

Comfortable and excellent value in a good location. 15 min walk to old town square. Large shopping centre 2 mins walk and supermarket 1 min walk..Staff very helpful.
