Breakfast was excellent, room was nice and comfy. The gym was ok but required some maintenance. Location was great.

The fact that lights in the room worked only if the key was inside its socket: I couldn't leave anything connected to recharge if I left the room and the AC needed to be reset every time. Parking was expensive and you needed to wait for someone to remove the cones to let you in or out

Just every think! The personnel were always very friendly and helped with each requests or question of the guests. It was very clean in the rooms and the entire hotel, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of delicious variations. The location direct in the city center was very beneficial to discover downtown.

Great location at the historic center. The room was large and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night. Tea-making facilities in the room was good to have. Staff was polite and pleasant. We took the breakfast at the hotel once; it was quite good, though somewhat overpriced compared to what you can get in the cafes in the city. Parking was available.

Parking was convenient, but somewhat expensive (65 PLN per night). The WiFi was somewhat weak; we were there on a short leisure trip, thus it wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for those on a business trip. May depend on the room though.

I had originally booked a different hotel ,however due to the really hot weather we upgraded to Mecure primarily for the A/C and it was worth every penny , the hotel is well located some 20 mins walk from main rail station but there are tram stops taxi etc . across the street from old town area , very modern in feel and design very quiet hard to tell if there are other guests most of the time , friendly staff and the place is cleaned to a high standard . The a/c I booked for was very effective as both myself and wife struggle with the heat especially at night , there is a hot water kettle with supplies each day and also bottled water and a mini fridge all in all great with one exception WI FI bad signal .Breakfast is outstanding hot /cold items to many to mention , you can opt in or out of cleaning etc as suits but we found the staff did a great job .

Other than poor wi fi reception in the room it was a great place , it worked very well downstairs but in the room it was difficult to maintain a signal , same was true of the tv most channels are in Polish but you tube could be accessed but very weak and would drop out .

I booked a superior room, which was spacious, clean and had all the amenities I needed (Safe, coffee machine, TV, Tea making facilities, mini-bar, plenty of sockets, good free wifi). Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spacious and clean, with a lovely walk in shower. Breakfast was great with a large selection of food. The hotel has a nice bar and is very close to the old town, Staff were friendly and helpful.

You could hear the trams when they were running and they started running fairly early.

Convenience for shops, transport services, kind lovely staff, beds made every day, breakfast very nice and with various options available every morning. Good value for money.

Everything was ok no complaints at all.

The location was great. The room was clean but a little on the smaller side. Great experience as I have now stayed 4 different hotels in Bydgoszcz and this was best location I have stayed at. I still prefer the rooms at the Holiday Inn but this a much better location. Only thing could complain about is the breakfast was really not that great.

Breakfast

Great location, a 15 minute walk from Bydgoszcz Glowny. A 10 minute walk from the square. Room was comfortable and has a room safe and bathroom is well equipped with a good shower. Allowed us to check in early for a charge of 10zl per extra hour. Unfortunately we couldn't check out later but if you are able to again it costs 10zl per extra hour.

Room and carpet felt a little dated and for that we can only give a 9 out of 10. Apart from that it's a great hotel.

The location was great, the rooms were nice, price was fair

We found a pyjama top next to the desk which I assume is from the previous guest. Also I don't know whether this was my fault but the sauna wasn't hot at all. They said to give an hour's notice so they could put it on and then go down, but when I went it was room temperature really. The actual hotel was still good though

The location is perfect for the city and is very close to the square and some great restaurants. The hotel has a nice bar area. with a comfortable restaurant area serving a very passable breakfast. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a lovely roof top terrace you can take your drinks up to. The staff were also welcoming and helpful.
